Aircall + Meta Muse
AI に Aircall を操作させます。通話、録音、ボイスメールの確認、AI による文字起こし、要約、感情分析の参照、対応可能なメンバーの確認、通話へのメモとタグの追加、共有連絡先の管理、エージェントの Aircall Workspace からの発信ができます。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
AIRCALL_API_ID, AIRCALL_API_TOKEN
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
- 管理者として
https://dashboard.aircall.ioの Aircall Dashboard にサインインします。 - Integrations & API → API Keys を開き、Generate an API key をクリックします（古いダッシュボードでは Company settings → API Keys）。キーに名前を付けます。
- API ID を
AIRCALL_API_IDに、API token をAIRCALL_API_TOKENに貼り付けて、コネクタをインストールします。Aircall はトークンを一度しか表示しません。紛失した場合は新しいキーを作成してください。 aircall_ping、続いてaircall_get_companyで設定を確認します。会社名と、ユーザー数、番号数が表示されます。
誰が何を見られるか: キーは Aircall の会社全体の権限で動き、すべての通話、録音、共有連絡先にアクセスできます。MCP サーバーは、これらをすべて見てよい人とだけ共有してください。通話、連絡先、録音、ボイスメール、文字起こし、AI 要約は発信者とエージェントの個人データです。そのため AI は依頼された内容だけを読み取ります。録音とボイスメールのリンクは、リンクを持っていれば誰でも再生できます（直接リンクは 1 時間、短縮リンクは 3 時間有効）。
実際の電話が鳴るため、AI は先に確認します: aircall_start_outbound_call は、エージェントの Aircall Workspace（デスクトップアプリ）からすぐに発信し、発信通話の通話料がかかる場合があります。AI は、誰がどの回線から誰に電話をかけるかを示し、あなたの承認を待ちます。エージェントはオンラインで対応可能、通話中でなく、その番号に割り当てられている必要があります。aircall_dial_number はエージェントのダイヤラーに番号を入力するだけで、発信はエージェント自身が行います。
エージェントにも見える変更も、承認後に実行します: aircall_comment_call は通話にメモを追加します（1 通話につき最大 5 件、メモは編集も削除もできません）。aircall_tag_call は aircall_list_tags にある既存のタグを付け、aircall_archive_call は通話をアーカイブ済みにします。aircall_create_contact と aircall_update_contact は共有連絡先を作成または変更します。同じデータを 2 回送ると重複が作られるため、AI は作成前に aircall_search_contacts で確認します。
インストール時に無効: aircall_delete_contact は、会社全体の共有連絡先を削除し、元に戻せません。管理者が意図して有効にするツールです。有効にした後も、AI は連絡先を示し、あなたの確認後にだけ削除します。
AI による文字起こしと要約には Aircall AI アドオンが必要です（AI Assist または AI Assist Pro）: aircall_get_call_transcription、aircall_get_call_summary、aircall_get_call_sentiments、aircall_get_call_topics、aircall_get_call_action_items は終了した通話で使えます。アドオンがない場合は 403 または 404 が返ります。404 はその通話に文字起こしがないことを意味する場合もあります。
使い方: aircall_list_calls は期間内の通話を一覧し、aircall_search_calls は方向、ユーザー、電話番号、タグで絞り込み、aircall_get_call は録音とボイスメールのリンクを含む 1 件の通話を読み取ります。時刻は秒単位の UNIX タイムスタンプです。参照できるのは直近 6 か月分だけで、1 回のクエリで最大 10,000 件のため、AI は期間を絞り込みます。いま対応可能な人: aircall_list_user_availabilities。回線とチーム: aircall_list_numbers と aircall_list_teams。連絡先は Aircall の共有連絡先だけで、CRM から同期された連絡先は含まれません。
レート制限: Aircall では会社全体で 1 分あたり 120 リクエストまでで、そのキーを使うすべての連携で共有されます。429 が返ったら、その 1 分が終わるまで待ってください。
よくあるエラー: すべてのツールで 403: API ID またはトークンが間違っている、入れ替わっている、またはキーが削除されています。404: 通話が存在しないか 6 か月より古い、またはその通話に AI 分析がありません。発信やダイヤル時の 405: エージェントが対応可能でない、通話中である、またはその番号に割り当てられていません。メモでの 400: その通話にはすでにメモが 5 件あります。
このコネクタは、SMS と WhatsApp メッセージ、通話中の転送、録音の一時停止や削除、アウトバウンドキャンペーン、ユーザー、チーム、番号、タグ、Webhook の管理には対応していません（aircall_list_webhooks は読み取りのみです）。

ステップ 3 — Muse にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
Muse はリモート MCP サーバーをカスタムコネクタとして追加し、OAuth でサインインします。
- Muse で Settings → Connectors を開き、Add custom connector を選びます。
- MCP サーバーの URL
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_IDを貼り付けます。 - Muse が AnythingMCP のサインインページを開きます。サインインしてアクセスを承認します。
- チャットで、
