ラテンアメリカ向けの WhatsApp CRM 兼共有受信箱 Aurora Inbox を読み取り専用で利用します：チームごとの営業ファネルとパイプラインのステージ、タグと商談付きのチャット、コンタクトと会社、ユーザー、WhatsApp チャネルとテンプレート、カレンダーの予定と予約。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:

ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
設定は約 2 分で終わります。必要なのは Aurora Inbox アカウントの API キーだけです。
- Aurora Inbox の管理者または Aurora のサポートに、アカウントの API キーを依頼します。キーは
ak_live_で始まり、アカウント全体にアクセスできるため、パスワードと同じように扱ってください。 - キーを空白や引用符なしで
AURORA_INBOX_API_KEYに貼り付けます。コネクターはキーをX-Api-Keyヘッダーで送信します。 - コネクターをインストールし、
aurora_inbox_list_teamsを実行します。チームとメンバーが一覧表示され、キーが使えることを確認できます。
読み取る内容: チーム（営業またはサポートのパイプライン）とそのメンバー、パイプラインのステージ。チームの営業ファネル（ステージごとの商談数と金額、作成日と担当ユーザーで絞り込み可能）。WhatsApp、Messenger などのチャネルのチャット（コンタクト、担当エージェント、未読数、未返信フラグ、タグ、各チャットに紐づく商談）。カスタムプロパティの値を含むコンタクトと会社。アカウントのユーザー（エージェント）。接続済みチャネル（WhatsApp Business、WhatsApp Cloud API、Messenger）と、カテゴリ、言語、ステータス、本文を含む WhatsApp メッセージテンプレート。同期された外部カレンダーを含むカレンダーの予定。サービス、拠点、担当者、開始、終了、ステータスを含む予約と、予約できるサービス、拠点、担当者の設定。
読み取り専用: このコネクターは Aurora Inbox の内容を一切変更しないため、確認を求める操作はありません。aurora_inbox_search_chats は POST リクエストで送られますが、検索するだけです。
AI がデータを探す方法: ID は UUID なので、AI は推測せず一覧ツールから取得します。ステージ、ファネル、チャットの絞り込みにはチーム ID を、チャット検索には aurora_inbox_list_channels で得たチャネル ID を使います。チャット検索は 1 ページ 25 件で、最新のアクティビティから順に返ります。コンタクト、会社、テンプレートは 1 ページ最大 100 件で、コンタクト一覧には総件数も含まれます。
日付と時刻: 日付の絞り込みには 2026-10-01T00:00:00Z のような ISO 8601 形式を使います。タイムゾーンを指定できる場合を除き、時刻は UTC で返り、AI はそれを現地時刻（ボゴタ UTC-5、メキシコシティ UTC-6、サンパウロ UTC-3）に換算してから伝えます。予約のステータスは数値（0 保留中、1 確定、2 完了、3 キャンセル、4 無断欠席、5 日程変更）で、AI が言葉に置き換えます。テンプレートのステータスは Meta との最後の同期時点のものです。
制限: Aurora はアカウントごとに最大 20 リクエストのバーストと毎秒 10 リクエストまで受け付けます。それを超えると 429 と、待つべき時間を示す Retry-After ヘッダーが返ります。
よくあるエラー: 401 は API キーがないか間違っていることを示します。404 はその ID がこのアカウントに存在しないことを示すので、対応する一覧ツールから AI に取り直させてください。
このコネクターは WhatsApp などのメッセージを送信せず、チャット、コンタクト、会社、タグ、商談、テンプレート、カレンダーの予定、予約の作成や変更も行いません。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT では、Web 版の Plugins ページから MCP サーバーをプラグインとして追加します。有料プランで利用でき、開発者モードはもう必要ありません。Business ワークスペースで追加できるのは管理者とオーナーだけです。Enterprise・Edu では、管理者が Create plugins with MCPs 権限を付与できます。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、+ をクリックして Add custom MCP server を選びます。
