Autotask PSA + ChatGPT

前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
AUTOTASK_ZONE_HOST, AUTOTASK_USERNAME, AUTOTASK_SECRET, AUTOTASK_INTEGRATION_CODE
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
このコネクタは Autotask PSA の REST API を使います。API 専用リソースが必要で、作成できるのは Autotask の管理者だけです。
- Autotask で Admin → Resources/Users → New API User を開き、リソースにセキュリティレベル API User (API-only) を設定します。
- その Security タブの API Tracking Identifier で、連携ベンダーを選ぶか、Autotask にカスタム識別子（internal integration）を生成させます。それを
AUTOTASK_INTEGRATION_CODEにコピーします。 - API ユーザーのユーザー名（メールアドレスのような値）を
AUTOTASK_USERNAMEに、生成したシークレットをAUTOTASK_SECRETにコピーします。シークレットが全文表示されるのは生成時だけです。 - ブラウザーで
https://webservices.autotask.net/atservicesrest/v1.0/zoneInformation?user=<API username>を開き、urlフィールドのホストをAUTOTASK_ZONE_HOSTにコピーします（例：webservices5.autotask.net）。ホストのみで、https://やパスは付けません。ゾーンが違うと、認証情報が正しくても 500 または 401 が返ります。 - まず
autotask_query_companies、次にcompanyIDを指定してautotask_query_ticketsを呼び出します。ステータス、優先度、キューはデータベースごとに異なる数値 ID なので、絞り込みや書き込みの前にautotask_get_entity_fields（例：エンティティTickets）で確認してください。
1 回のクエリで返るのは最大 500 件です。Autotask はデータベースごとに 1 時間あたり 10,000 リクエストまでなので、件数を数えるには autotask_count_tickets を使います。チケットの作成と更新、ノートの追加、作業時間の記録はデータを変更し、ワークフロールールによって顧客への通知が送られる場合があります。このコネクタは何も削除しません。
ステップ 2 — アダプターをインストール

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT は開発者モード（Developer mode）で MCP サーバーをカスタムアプリとして接続します。有料プランで利用でき、無料プランでは使えません。Business・Enterprise のワークスペースでは、先に管理者が許可する必要がある場合があります。
- ChatGPT で Settings → Security and login を開き、Developer mode をオンにします。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、+ をクリックします。
