前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
BOLDSIGN_API_URL, BOLDSIGN_API_KEY
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
セットアップは約 2 分です。API を含む BoldSign のプラン、または無料の Sandbox アカウントが必要です。
- BoldSign にサインインし（
https://app.boldsign.com、EU のアカウントはhttps://app-eu.boldsign.com）、左のメニューから API、続いて API Key を開きます。 - Generate API Key をクリックし、Sandbox（無料、書類に透かし入り、1 時間あたり 50 リクエスト）か Live を選び、必要なら有効期限を設定して、キーを
BOLDSIGN_API_KEYにコピーします。キーはX-API-KEYヘッダーで送信され、すべてのスコープを持ちます。 BOLDSIGN_API_URLに、アカウントのリージョンの API アドレスを末尾のスラッシュなしで設定します：https://api.boldsign.com（米国）、https://api-eu.boldsign.com（EU）、https://api-ca.boldsign.com（カナダ）、https://api-au.boldsign.com（オーストラリア）。リージョンはサインイン後のブラウザのアドレスでわかります。app-euは EU、app-caはカナダ、app-auはオーストラリア、ただのappは米国です。- コネクタをインストールし、
boldsign_list_documentsを実行してキーとリージョンを確認します。
書類を探して、誰が署名したかを確認する:
boldsign_list_documentsは、送信または受信した書類を新しい順に、ステータス、送信者、各署名者のステータス、CC、ラベル、日付つきで一覧にします。テキスト、status（WaitingForMe、WaitingForOthers、NeedAttention、Completed、Declined、Revoked、Expired、Draft、Scheduled）、transmit_type（Sent、Received、Both）、送信日または期限日の期間、ラベル、ブランド、送信者や署名者のメールアドレスで絞り込めます。boldsign_list_team_documentsはチームの書類を表示します（チーム管理者の場合は管理しているチームの書類）。チームとユーザーで絞り込めます。boldsign_list_behalf_documentsは、送信者 ID を通じて他の人の代理で送った書類、または他の人があなたの代理で送った書類を表示します。boldsign_get_documentは 1 件の書類をすべて読み取ります：ファイル、各署名者の順番、ステータス、閲覧の有無、認証、フィールドの値、CC、イベント履歴、期限、リマインダー設定、取り消しや辞退の理由。
署名済みファイル: boldsign_download_document は、書類が完了していれば署名済み PDF を、そうでなければ現在の状態を返します。複数のファイルは 1 つに結合した PDF で、形式を Individually にすると ZIP で届きます。boldsign_download_audit_log は、すべてのイベント（送信、閲覧、署名、辞退）を時刻、メールアドレス、IP アドレスつきで記録した監査証跡 PDF を返します。代理で送った書類では、送信者 ID のメールアドレスを on_behalf_of に渡します。
署名依頼を送る:
- テンプレートから：
boldsign_list_templates、次にboldsign_get_templateでロールのインデックスとフィールド ID を確認し、boldsign_send_from_templateにロールごとに 1 つのrolesエントリ（roleIndex、signerName、signerEmail、事前入力用の任意のexistingFormFields）を渡します。指定しなかったロールはテンプレートの既定の署名者のままです。role_removal_indicesでこの書類からロールを外せます。 - ファイルから：
boldsign_send_documentは PDF、Word、画像ファイルを、公開 URL としてfile_urlsに（BoldSign がダウンロードします）、または Base64 のデータ URI としてfilesに受け取ります。両方は同時に使えません。署名者ごとにname、emailAddress、任意のsignerOrder、signerType（Signer、Reviewer、InPersonSigner）、formFields（Signature、Initial、CheckBox、TextBox、DateSigned、RadioButton、Dropdown、Name、Email。それぞれページとboundsつき）を指定します。フィールドを配置する代わりに、書類内のテキストタグ（use_text_tags）を使うことも、既存のフォームフィールドや空欄の線を BoldSign にフィールド化させること（auto_detect_fields）もできます。 - どちらもタイトルとメッセージ、CC、署名順、期限（既定は Days で 60 日。Hours や SpecificDateTime も可）、自動リマインダー、ブランド、ラベル、そしてステータスが Verified の送信者 ID 用の
on_behalf_ofを受け付けます。disable_emailsにするとメールは送られません。その場合はboldsign_get_embedded_sign_linkで署名者ごとの直接の署名リンクを取得でき、有効期限やリダイレクト先も設定できます。boldsign_send_draftは下書きとして保存された書類を送信します。 - 送信は非同期です。応答にはすぐに
documentIdが入り、少し後にboldsign_get_documentで送信されたかを確認できます（送信に失敗した場合は履歴に表示されます）。
送信は本物です: 送信、リマインド、署名者の変更、送信者 ID の作成は、実在の人にメールを送ります。Live の書類は法的拘束力があり、API クレジットを消費することがあります。AI はファイルまたはテンプレート、署名者、メッセージを見せ、あなたがはっきり承認してから送信します。
フォローアップ: boldsign_remind_document は未署名のすべての署名者、または指定したメールアドレスだけにリマインドします。boldsign_extend_expiry は進行中の書類の期限を延ばします。期限が日数なら yyyy-MM-dd の日付、時間数なら時間の数値、特定の日時なら ISO 8601 の日時を指定します。boldsign_change_recipient はまだ署名していない署名者を別の人に置き換え、その理由は監査証跡に残ります。boldsign_prefill_fields は署名者が入力する前にフィールドの値を設定します（フィールド ID は boldsign_get_document から取得）。
アカウント: 送信者 ID は boldsign_list_sender_identities、boldsign_get_sender_identity、boldsign_create_sender_identity で扱います（BoldSign が本人に承認依頼のメールを送り、ステータスが Verified になると使えます。ステータスは Pending、Verified、Denied）。連絡先は boldsign_list_contacts、boldsign_get_contact、boldsign_create_contacts、boldsign_update_contact で扱います。チーム、ユーザー（ロールは Admin、TeamAdmin、Member、ステータスは Active または Invited）、ブランドは読み取りのみです。boldsign_get_api_credits はクレジット残高と使用数を表示します。
インストール時にオフ: boldsign_revoke_document（署名を止め、署名者に理由を伝えます。書類は再開できません）と boldsign_delete_document（ゴミ箱に移すか、delete_permanently で完全に削除します）。どちらも元に戻せないため、チームで必要になったときにワークスペース管理者がオンにします。
データ形式: ID は GUID の文字列です（documentId、templateId）。createdDate、activityDate、expiryDate などの日付は秒単位の Unix タイムスタンプで、フィルターは ISO 8601（2026-10-01T00:00:00Z）を受け取ります。書類のステータスは InProgress、Completed、Declined、Expired、Revoked、Draft、Scheduled、署名者のステータスは NotCompleted、Completed、Declined、Revoked、Expired です。テンプレートのロールは 1 から番号が振られます。フィールドの bounds（x、y、width、height）はページの左上から測り、フィールド ID には英字、数字、アンダースコアだけが使えます。
ページング: 一覧系ツールは page（1 から）と page_size（1 から 100、既定は 10）を受け取り、totalRecordsCount と totalPages を含む pageDetails と、result 内の項目（チームでは results）を返します。10,000 件を超える書類では、AI が最後の書類の cursor を next_cursor に渡します。
制限: Live では 1 アカウントあたり 1 時間に 2,000 リクエスト、Sandbox では 50 リクエストで、API キーと OAuth の合計で数えます。Sandbox の書類には透かしが入ります。クレジット制のプランでは、API で送信した書類ごとにクレジットを消費します。
よくあるエラー: 401 はキーが間違っているか期限切れ、または別のリージョンのアドレスにキーを使っていることを意味します。403 はプランに API が含まれていないか、ユーザーにその項目を見る権限がないことを意味します。400 は入力が無効なときにメッセージつきで返ります。たとえば不明なロールのインデックス、署名者のメールアドレスの欠落、BoldSign が読めないファイルなどです。429 は 1 時間の上限に達したことを意味します。X-RateLimit-Reset まで待ってください。
このコネクタは、テンプレートの作成や編集、Webhook の管理、チーム・ユーザー・ブランドの作成、連絡先の削除は行いません。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT では、Web 版の Plugins ページから MCP サーバーをプラグインとして追加します。有料プランで利用でき、開発者モードはもう必要ありません。Business ワークスペースで追加できるのは管理者とオーナーだけです。Enterprise・Edu では、管理者が Create plugins with MCPs 権限を付与できます。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、+ をクリックして Add custom MCP server を選びます。
