Braze + Claude
AI に Braze を操作させます。キャンペーンと Canvas とその成果の確認、セグメント、デイリーアクティブユーザー、収益のチェック、ユーザープロファイルと購読の参照、属性とイベントの記録ができ、あなたの確認後に API キャンペーンを実行できます。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
BRAZE_REST_ENDPOINT, BRAZE_REST_API_KEY
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
- Braze で Settings → APIs and Identifiers → API Keys を開き、Create API Key をクリックします。キーは 1 つのワークスペースに属します。
- 名前を付け、ツールに必要な権限にチェックを入れます。読み取り用:
campaigns.list,campaigns.details,campaigns.data_series,sends.data_series,canvas.list,canvas.details,canvas.data_summary,segments.list,segments.details,segments.data_series,kpi.dau.data_series,kpi.mau.data_series,kpi.new_users.data_series,kpi.uninstalls.data_series,events.list,events.data_series,purchases.product_list,purchases.quantity_series,purchases.revenue_series,subscription.status.get,subscription.groups.get,users.export.ids。書き込みにはusers.track,campaigns.trigger.send,canvas.trigger.sendを追加し、削除ツールを有効にする場合にだけusers.deleteも追加します。キーの権限は後から変更できないため、必要なら新しいキーを作成してください。 - キーを Bearer という接頭辞を付けずに
BRAZE_REST_API_KEYにコピーします。 - 同じページに表示される REST endpoint を
BRAZE_REST_ENDPOINTにコピーします。エンドポイントは Braze のインスタンスによって異なり、ダッシュボードのアドレスと対応しています。dashboard-01.braze.comならhttps://rest.iad-01.braze.com、dashboard-01.braze.euならhttps://rest.fra-01.braze.euといった具合です。米国のインスタンスはrest.iad-01からrest.iad-08とrest.us-10（.braze.com）、EU のインスタンスはrest.fra-01とrest.fra-02（.braze.eu）、そのほかはrest.au-01、rest.id-01、rest.jp-01、rest.kr-01（.braze.com）です。キーは自分のインスタンスでしか使えません。 - コネクタをインストールします。接続チェックではキャンペーンを一覧するため、キーには
campaigns.listが必要です。
誰が何を見られるか: キーは個人ではなくワークスペース全体の権限で動きます。コネクタを使う人は、ユーザープロファイルを含め、キーで読めるものをすべて見られます。MCP サーバーは、それを見てよい人とだけ共有してください。
読み取れるデータ: 設定、メッセージ、日次の成果（送信、配信、開封、クリック、コンバージョン、収益）を含むキャンペーンと Canvas、API でトリガーした 1 回の送信の成果（保存期間 14 日）、推定サイズを含むセグメント（アナリティクス追跡を有効にしたセグメント）、デイリーとマンスリーのアクティブユーザー、新規ユーザー、アンインストール、カスタムイベント、購入と収益、external id、エイリアス、braze_id、メール、電話番号で指定するユーザープロファイル、購読グループの状態です。時系列は 1〜100 日、Canvas のサマリーは 1〜14 日が対象です。
先に確認します: braze_track_users は属性、カスタムイベント、購入を 1 回の呼び出しで最大 75 件記録し、ユーザーをセグメントに入れたり Canvas を開始させたりすることがあります。そのため AI は変更内容を示し、あなたの確認を待ちます。braze_send_campaign と braze_send_canvas は、実在の人に実際のメッセージを送る API キャンペーンと Canvas を開始します。AI はキャンペーンまたは Canvas、チャネル、受信する人を正確に示し、ブロードキャストや複数の受信者の場合は、はっきりした「はい、送信」を待ちます。braze_delete_users はインストール時に無効になっています。
制限: ほとんどのエンドポイントは 1 時間あたり 250,000 リクエストまでです。ユーザープロファイルの読み取りは、2024 年 8 月以降に開始したワークスペースで 1 分あたり 250 回（それ以前は 2,500 回）、カスタムイベントと商品の一覧は合わせて 1 時間あたり 1,000 回、送信エンドポイントはブロードキャストが 1 分あたり 250 回、オーディエンスごとに 1 分あたり 10 回までです。上限に達すると Braze は 429 を返します。
よくあるエラー: 401 "Invalid API key": キーが間違っているか、別のインスタンスのものです。REST endpoint がダッシュボードと合っているか確認してください。403 "Access Denied": キーにこのエンドポイントの権限がありません。権限を持つキーを作成してください。400: パラメーターが足りないか無効です。たとえば期間が範囲外、または不明なキャンペーン ID です。429: レート制限に達しています。時間をおいて一度だけ再試行してください。
このコネクタは、コンテンツブロックとテンプレート、カタログ、メールリストとハードバウンス、予約済みメッセージ、プリファレンスセンター、SCIM、ユーザーエイリアスと identify のエンドポイント、クラウドストレージへのセグメントエクスポート、Currents には対応していません。

ステップ 3 — Claude にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
推奨ルート：設定ファイルを触らずに claude.ai web で動作します。
- Claude で Customize → Connectors を開きます。
- + をクリックし、Add custom connector を選びます。
