前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:

ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
セットアップは約 2 分です。Chatwoot Cloud またはセルフホストの Chatwoot アカウントと、AI に操作させたいユーザーのアクセストークンが必要です。
- そのユーザーで Chatwoot にサインインします。エージェントは自分が所属する受信箱の会話しか見られず、レポートも読めません。全体を把握するには管理者を使ってください。
- アバターをクリックし、Profile Settings を開いて、ページ下部の Access Token を
CHATWOOT_API_TOKENにコピーします。トークンに有効期限はなく、同じページでリセットできます。 CHATWOOT_URLには Chatwoot を開くときのアドレスを設定します。Chatwoot Cloud ならhttps://app.chatwoot.com、セルフホストならhttps://chat.example.comのような独自ドメインです。パス、/app、/apiは付けません。CHATWOOT_ACCOUNT_IDには、ブラウザのアドレスバーで/app/accounts/の後ろにある数字を設定します。https://app.chatwoot.com/app/accounts/3/dashboardなら 3 です。- コネクターをインストールし、
chatwoot_get_profileを実行します。トークンのユーザー、その役割、トークンでアクセスできるすべてのアカウントと ID が表示されます。
アカウントのトークンであり Platform API ではありません: セルフホストのスーパー管理者が使う Platform App のトークン（/platform/api）はここでは使えません。このコネクターは 1 つのアカウントの Chatwoot Application API を使います。
nginx の背後にあるセルフホスト: トークンは api_access_token ヘッダーで送られますが、nginx は underscores_in_headers on; を設定しない限りアンダースコアを含むヘッダーを破棄します。その場合、トークンが正しくてもすべての呼び出しが 401 になります。プライベートネットワーク内だけで動くセルフホストの Chatwoot には AnythingMCP Cloud から接続できません。そのネットワーク内でセルフホストの AnythingMCP を使ってください。
読み取れるデータ: アカウントとトークンのユーザー、メンバー付きの受信箱（WhatsApp、メール、Web ウィジェット、API、Instagram、Telegram など）、稼働状況付きのエージェントと管理者、チームとそのメンバー、ラベル、定型返信（canned responses）、カスタム属性の定義、ステータス、優先度、受信箱、ラベル、コンタクト、担当者、チームを含む会話（一覧、件数、または特定の日付以降に作成され特定のエージェントに割り当てられたものといった条件での絞り込み）、プライベートノートと添付ファイルを含む会話のメッセージ、名前、メール、電話番号、識別子で探せるコンタクトとすべての受信箱にわたるその会話、そしてサポートレポート（前の期間と並べた期間の合計、指標の推移、エージェント、受信箱、チームの比較、現時点で未対応のオープン会話）です。受信箱のチャネルシークレットとユーザー自身のアクセストークンはレスポンスから除外されます。
時刻と数値: 会話とメッセージの時刻、レポートの期間は秒単位の Unix タイムスタンプ（UTC）で、AI は時刻を伝える前に変換します。レポートの初回応答時間、解決時間、返信時間は秒単位です。
変更の前に必ず確認: chatwoot_set_conversation_labels。Chatwoot は会話のラベル一覧を丸ごと置き換えるため、AI はまず現在のラベルを読み取り、新しいラベルと一緒に送ります（削除する場合はそれを除いて送ります）。ラベルはアカウントに既に存在している必要があります。AI は会話と新しいラベル一覧を示し、あなたの承認を待ちます。
インストール時はオフ: chatwoot_send_message（返信、またはエージェントだけが見られるプライベートノート）と chatwoot_create_conversation。返信や最初のメッセージは WhatsApp、メール、チャットですぐに顧客へ届くため、管理者が意図して有効にします。有効にした後も、AI は本文と宛先を示してあなたの承認を待ちます。WhatsApp Cloud API の受信箱では、自由入力のテキストが届くのはコンタクトの最後のメッセージから 24 時間以内だけです。それを過ぎると Chatwoot では承認済みテンプレートが必要ですが、このコネクターはテンプレートを送信しません。
制限: 会話は 1 ページ 25 件、コンタクトは 1 ページ 15 件、メッセージは 1 回 20 件ずつ返るため、AI はページを順にたどります。件数だけが必要なときは一覧を取らずに数えます。レポートとライブ統計には管理者のトークンが必要です。
よくあるエラー: 401 はトークンが間違っているかリセットされたこと、または nginx がヘッダーを破棄していることを示します。すべての呼び出しで 404 になる場合は、たいてい CHATWOOT_URL か CHATWOOT_ACCOUNT_ID が間違っています。特定の会話だけ 404 になる場合は、このユーザーが見られない ID です。管理者でないエージェントには、レポートは 401 または 403 を返します。
このコネクターは、Platform API の利用、WhatsApp テンプレートの送信、既存の会話の解決、再割り当て、削除、コンタクトの編集や削除は行いません。

ステップ 3 — Muse にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
Muse はリモート MCP サーバーをカスタムコネクタとして追加し、OAuth でサインインします。
- Muse で Settings → Connectors を開き、Add custom connector を選びます。

セルフホストの場合は、https://cloud.anythingmcp.com の代わりにインスタンスの公開 HTTPS アドレスを使ってください。Muse は Meta のクラウドから接続するため、localhost は使えません。
