前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:

ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
設定は約 2 分で、Connecteam のオーナーまたは管理者が必要です。
- Connecteam で Settings > API Keys を開き、Add API key をクリックします。キーを
CONNECTEAM_API_KEYにコピーします。アカウント全体にアクセスできるので、パスワードと同じように扱ってください。 CONNECTEAM_API_HOSTをhttps://api.connecteam.comに設定します。app-au.connecteam.com でサインインしている場合（オーストラリアのアカウント）はhttps://api-au.connecteam.comにします。- コネクタをインストールすると、
connecteam_get_accountでインストールが確認されます。
API を使うには、ハブごとに Expert プラン以上が必要です。タイムクロック、スケジューラー、ジョブ、タスクは Operations、チャットは Communications、休暇は HR & Skills です。ユーザー、アカウント、パブリッシャーは対象となるどのハブでも使えます。
個人データ: ユーザーには氏名、電話番号、メールアドレス、誕生日、住所、ID 番号などのカスタムプロフィール項目が含まれ、勤務記録には GPS 位置情報が含まれることがあります。タスクに必要なものだけを求めてください。
まず ID を取得: タイムクロック、スケジューラー、タスクボードはそれぞれ独立したアプリインスタンスです。AI は timeClockId、schedulerId、taskBoardId が必要なツールを呼ぶ前に、connecteam_list_time_clocks、connecteam_list_schedulers、connecteam_list_task_boards で ID を取得します。
読み取る内容:
- アカウントと人:
connecteam_get_account、connecteam_list_users（ID、氏名、メール、電話番号、ステータス、変更日時で絞り込み）、connecteam_list_custom_fields、connecteam_list_custom_field_categories、connecteam_list_smart_groups。 - タイムクロック:
connecteam_list_time_activitiesはユーザーごとの打刻済みシフト、手動の休憩、休暇を返します（1 回の呼び出しで最大 92 日）。connecteam_get_timesheet_totalsはユーザーと日ごとの時間を、休憩、残業、給与、承認・提出・ロックの状態とともに返します。 - シフト管理:
connecteam_list_shifts（期間は Unix 秒）、connecteam_get_shift、connecteam_list_shift_custom_fields、connecteam_list_user_unavailabilities。 - ジョブ（シフトや打刻時間をひも付ける顧客、現場、プロジェクト）:
connecteam_list_jobs、connecteam_get_job、connecteam_list_job_custom_fields。 - フォーム:
connecteam_list_forms、connecteam_get_form（設問）、connecteam_list_form_submissions、そして画像やファイルリンクを含む全回答付きのconnecteam_get_form_submission。 - タスク:

書き込む内容:
- タイムクロック:
connecteam_clock_inとconnecteam_clock_outは、現在または指定時刻でユーザーの出勤・退勤を打刻します。ジョブや予定シフトを指定することもできます。connecteam_create_time_activitiesは過去のシフトや手動の休憩を追加し（打刻忘れなど）、connecteam_update_time_activitiesはそれを修正します。ロック済みや承認済みの日は拒否されます。 - シフト管理:
connecteam_create_shiftsとconnecteam_update_shifts。isPublishedとnotifyUsersを true にすると、スタッフにシフトが表示され通知が届きます。 - ジョブ:
connecteam_create_jobs（parentIdでサブジョブも）とconnecteam_update_job（titleは必須）。 - タスク:
connecteam_create_taskとconnecteam_update_task。API はタスク全体を置き換えるため、AI は毎回userIds、status、titleを送ります。ステータスcompletedで完了になります。 - 休暇:
connecteam_create_time_off_request（承認待ち、または承認済みとして作成）とconnecteam_update_time_off_request（statusで承認または却下）。 - ユーザー:
connecteam_create_users（それぞれ firstName、lastName、phoneNumber、userType が必要。sendActivationでアクティベーション SMS を送信）、connecteam_update_users、connecteam_archive_users（isArchivedを false にして更新すれば元に戻せます）、connecteam_create_user_note。 - チャット:
connecteam_send_messageは会話に投稿し、connecteam_send_private_messageは 1 人のユーザーに送ります。どちらもconnecteam_list_publishersのパブリッシャー ID をsenderIdに使います。メッセージはすぐに配信されます。
インストール時はオフ: connecteam_delete_user、connecteam_delete_shift、connecteam_delete_task。元に戻せないため、チームが必要とするときにワークスペース管理者がオンにします。ユーザーのアーカイブは元に戻せる代替手段です。
データ形式: 応答は { "requestId": "...", "data": {...}, "paging": { "offset": n } } の形です。シフト、打刻、タスクの時刻は秒単位の Unix タイムスタンプで、IANA の timezone が別に付きます。フィルターの日付は YYYY-MM-DD です。ユーザー ID は整数、シフト、ジョブ、タスク、申請の ID は文字列です。一括書き込み（connecteam_create_users、connecteam_create_shifts、connecteam_create_jobs と各更新）はリストを受け取り、項目ごとに応答します。
ページング: limit（既定 10、上限はツールごとに異なり最大 500）と offset。AI はページの件数が limit を下回るまで offset を limit ずつ増やします。
制限とよくあるエラー: レート制限はアカウントとプランごと（Expert は 1 分あたり 100 リクエスト、1 日 10,000 リクエスト）で、超えると 429 になります。401 または 403 はキーの誤り、API アドレスの誤り（グローバルかオーストラリアか）、または API を使えないプランやハブ、404 は不明な ID、422 は検証エラー（本文に項目名が示されます）を意味します。
このコネクタは給与計算を行わず、フォームの編集やフォーム回答の提出もせず、タイムクロック、スケジューラー、タスクボードの作成もしません。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT では、Web 版の Plugins ページから MCP サーバーをプラグインとして追加します。有料プランで利用でき、開発者モードはもう必要ありません。Business ワークスペースで追加できるのは管理者とオーナーだけです。Enterprise・Edu では、管理者が Create plugins with MCPs 権限を付与できます。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、Add をクリックして Add custom MCP server を選びます。
- 名前を入力します（例: Name:
Connecteam）。 - Connection の Server URL に
