AI から Customer.io を操作できます。顧客の属性、セグメント、アクティビティ、メッセージの確認、オートメーション、ブロードキャスト、単発配信とその指標の分析に加え、あなたの確認後にトランザクションメールの送信やブロードキャストの実行もできます。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
CUSTOMERIO_API_URL, CUSTOMERIO_APP_API_KEY
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
設定は 3 分ほどで終わります。App API キーを作成できる Customer.io ユーザーと、アカウントが米国と EU のどちらでホストされているかの情報が必要です。
- Customer.io で Settings → Account Settings → API Credentials → App API Keys（fly.customer.io/settings/api_credentials）を開き、Create App API Key をクリックします。ワークスペースとキーの権限を選びます。フルアクセスか、AI に読み取りと送信だけを許すなら読み取り専用と送信の組み合わせです。
- キーはすぐにコピーしてください。Customer.io は一度しか表示しません。表示されたまま、Bearer を付けずに
CUSTOMERIO_APP_API_KEYに貼り付けます。これは App API キーで、Track API キーではありません。 CUSTOMERIO_API_URLにアカウントのデータセンターを設定します。米国のアカウントはhttps://api.customer.io、EU のアカウントはhttps://api-eu.customer.ioで、/v1などのパスは付けません。リージョンはアカウント作成時に決まります。- コネクタをインストールし、まず
customer_io_list_workspacesを実行します。キーを確認し、ワークスペースの顧客数とメッセージ数を表示します。
ワークスペース全体で 1 つのキー: App API キーは個人ではなくワークスペースとして動作します。このコネクタを使う人は、キーが読めるすべての顧客、セグメント、メッセージを見られます。MCP サーバーは、それを見てよい人とだけ共有してください。
対応範囲: 顧客（メールアドレスで検索、またはセグメントの所属や属性値で検索）、その属性、セグメント、直近 30 日のアクティビティ、送信済みメッセージ。セグメントの条件、現在の人数、メンバー。オートメーション（Customer.io の API では campaigns と呼ばれます）とメッセージ指標。API で実行するブロードキャストと単発配信（API では newsletters）とその指標。ワークスペース全体の配信とアクティビティ。トランザクションメッセージのテンプレート。
送信はあなたの承認後: 送信するツールは 2 つだけで、他はすべて読み取り専用です。
customer_io_send_transactional_emailは実際のメール（領収書、パスワードリセット、通知）を to、cc、bcc 合わせて最大 15 件のアドレスに送ります。トランザクションテンプレートを使うか、件名と本文を自分で指定します。AI は先に宛先、件名、内容を見せます。customer_io_trigger_broadcastは多くの人に一度に送信します。AI はまずブロードキャスト、配信対象の人数（customer_io_get_segment_customer_count）、データを示し、「yes, send」とはっきり答えた後にだけ実行します。その後customer_io_get_broadcast_triggerで進行状況を追います。
Track API は含まれません: 顧客の識別、イベントの記録、顧客の削除は Customer.io の Track API で行い、別の認証情報（Site ID と Track API キー）を使います。このコネクタは Track API を使わないため、プロフィールの変更や削除はできません。
制限: App API は 1 秒あたり約 10 リクエストまでです。トランザクション送信は 3 秒あたり 3,000 リクエストの目安の上限を共有し、ブロードキャストの実行は 10 秒に 1 回までです。長いリストはページ単位で返り、AI は最後のページまで読み進めます。タイムスタンプは Unix 秒です。
よくあるエラー: 401 は App API キーが間違っているか削除された、またはアカウントが別のリージョンにあることを示します。CUSTOMERIO_API_URL を確認してください。403: キーの権限にこの操作が含まれていません（例: 読み取り専用キーで送信しようとした）。404: その ID はこのワークスペースにありません。400 または 422: パラメータか検索フィルターが無効です。エラーに該当箇所が示されます。429: レート制限に達しました。少し待って再試行してください。
このコネクタは Track API や Pipelines API を使わず、エクスポートやインポート、collections、snippets、レポート用 Webhook、ESP の抑制リストを扱わず、オートメーションやブロードキャストの内容も変更しません。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT では、Web 版の Plugins ページから MCP サーバーをプラグインとして追加します。有料プランで利用でき、開発者モードはもう必要ありません。Business ワークスペースで追加できるのは管理者とオーナーだけです。Enterprise・Edu では、管理者が Create plugins with MCPs 権限を付与できます。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、+ をクリックして Add custom MCP server を選びます。
- 名前を入力します（例: Name:
Customer.io）。 - Connection の Server URL に
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_IDを入力し、Authentication は OAuth のままにします。 - I understand and want to continue を選び、Create as a plugin をクリックします。ChatGPT に求められたら AnythingMCP にサインインし、アクセスを許可します。
