Dynamics 365 Business Central + Meta Muse
AI に Business Central で作業させます。顧客、仕入先、品目の検索、販売見積、販売注文、販売請求書、購買請求書、総勘定元帳、勘定科目表、ディメンションの参照、顧客の作成と見積・注文の下書き作成ができます。標準 API v2.0 経由で Business Central online に対応し、Microsoft アカウントでサインインします。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:

ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
- Microsoft Entra 管理センター（
https://entra.microsoft.com）を開き、Applications → App registrations → New registration に進みます。Outlook、OneDrive、SharePoint のコネクター用に作成したアプリを使い回してもかまいません。通常は Accounts in this organizational directory only を選びます。 - プラットフォーム Web でリダイレクト URI を追加します:
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/api/mcp-oauth/callback（AnythingMCP をセルフホストしている場合は<your AnythingMCP URL>/api/mcp-oauth/callback）。完全に一致している必要があり、一致しないと Microsoft はAADSTS50011を返します。 - API permissions → Add a permission → Dynamics 365 Business Central → Delegated permissions で、
Financials.ReadWrite.All（とuser_impersonation）にチェックを入れます。組織でユーザー自身による同意が許可されていない場合は、Grant admin consent をクリックします。 - Certificates & secrets → New client secret で、シークレットの Value をコピーします。表示されるのは一度だけです。必要なのは Secret ID ではありません。
MICROSOFT_CLIENT_ID（Application (client) ID）、MICROSOFT_CLIENT_SECRET、MICROSOFT_TENANT_ID、BC_ENVIRONMENTを入力し、コネクターをインストールします。- Authorize with Provider をクリックし、Business Central のユーザーでサインインします。アクセストークンは自動で更新されます。
bc_list_companiesを実行します。ほかのツールはすべて 1 つの会社の中で動作し、その会社の ID を指定して使います。
テナントと環境: MICROSOFT_TENANT_ID には、Directory (tenant) ID か contoso.onmicrosoft.com のようなドメインを入れます。テナントは Business Central のアドレスの一部なので、ここでは common と organizations は使えません。BC_ENVIRONMENT は、Business Central 管理センターに表示されているとおりの環境名です。ほとんどの本番テナントでは Production、テスト環境では Sandbox または独自の名前になります。名前は bc_list_environments で確認できます。まずはサンドボックスでコネクターを試してください。本番環境では、コネクターが作成する顧客やドキュメントは実際のデータになります。
ユーザーと同じ権限: すべての呼び出しはサインインしたユーザーとして実行され、そのユーザーの Business Central ライセンスと権限セットが適用されます。AI が参照、変更できるのは、そのユーザーに許可された範囲だけです。
読み取りと書き込みの対象: 顧客、仕入先、品目、販売見積、販売注文、販売請求書、購買請求書、総勘定元帳エントリ、勘定科目表、ディメンション、従業員に加え、bc_query を使えば標準 API v2.0 のほかのリソース（連絡先、購買発注、クレジットメモ、売掛金と買掛金の年齢分析、試算表など）も扱えます。顧客と、明細行付きの販売見積・販売注文を作成でき、顧客の更新もできます。ドキュメントはオープン状態の下書きのままで、リリース、出荷、請求、転記は一切行いません。AI はドキュメントを作成する前に、顧客、品目、数量、価格をあなたに確認します。
インストール時はオフ: bc_delete_customer、bc_make_order_from_quote、bc_delete_sales_quote、bc_delete_sales_order。レコードの削除や見積から注文への変換は元に戻せないため、必要な場合にだけツールごとにオンにしてください。
上限: Business Central の API 呼び出しは、ユーザーごとに 5 分あたり約 6,000 回までです。これを超えると、Business Central がコネクターに待機を求めます。
よくあるエラー: 401 は、承認が取り消されたかクライアントシークレットの期限が切れたことを示します。必要に応じて新しいシークレットを貼り付け、もう一度承認してください。403 は、ユーザーにライセンスや権限セットがないか、管理者の同意がないことを示します。404 NoEnvironment は、BC_ENVIRONMENT か MICROSOFT_TENANT_ID が間違っていることを示します。412 は、読み取った後に誰かがレコードを変更したことを示すため、AI がもう一度読み込みます。
対象は Business Central online のみです。オンプレミス環境には対応しておらず、以前の NAV 環境には専用の Dynamics NAV コネクター があります。拡張機能が公開するカスタム API にはアクセスできません。

ステップ 3 — Muse にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
Muse はリモート MCP サーバーをカスタムコネクタとして追加し、OAuth でサインインします。
- Muse で Settings → Connectors を開き、Add custom connector を選びます。
