前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID, GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
設定は約 10 分です。コネクタを認可する Google アカウントは、Google Workspace または Cloud Identity アカウントの Workspace 管理者 である必要があります。コネクタは常にそのアカウント（my_customer）を対象に動作します。
- https://console.cloud.google.com を開き、プロジェクトを選ぶか作成して、APIs & Services → Library で Admin SDK API を有効にします（Directory API と Reports API の両方を含みます）。
- APIs & Services → OAuth consent screen を開き、Internal を選びます。プロジェクトは同じ Google Workspace 組織に属している必要があります。External の場合は公開ステータスを In production にします。アプリが Testing の間は Google が 7 日後にリフレッシュトークンを取り消すため、コネクタが毎週止まります。
- APIs & Services → Credentials → Create credentials → OAuth client ID を開き、アプリケーションの種類に Web application を選んで、承認済みのリダイレクト URI に
<your AnythingMCP URL>/api/mcp-oauth/callbackを、AnythingMCP Cloud ではhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/api/mcp-oauth/callbackを追加します。 - クライアント ID を
GOOGLE_CLIENT_IDに、クライアントシークレットをGOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRETに貼り付けて、コネクタをインストールします。 - コネクタのページで Authorize with Provider をクリックし、管理者 アカウントでサインインします。リフレッシュトークンは暗号化して保存され、アクセストークンは自動的に更新されます。
- 管理コンソールでサードパーティ製アプリを制限している場合（Security → Access and data control → API controls）、この OAuth クライアントを Trusted にします。そうしないとサインインが
admin_policy_enforcedで終わります。 google_admin_get_customerを実行します。顧客 ID とプライマリドメインが表示され、接続を確認できます。
すべての Google コネクタで 1 つの Google クライアント: 同じ Cloud プロジェクトと OAuth クライアントで、すべての Google コネクタ（Gmail、Google Calendar、Google Drive、Google Sheets、Search Console、Analytics、Ads、Admin）を使えます。そのプロジェクトで各 API を有効にし、GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID と GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET を再利用して、各コネクタを一度ずつ認可します。各コネクタは自分のスコープだけを要求します。
どの管理者アカウントか: 特権管理者（Super Admin） はすべてのツールを使えます。委任された管理者は、ロールが対応する Admin API privileges（管理コンソール → Account → Admin roles → 該当ロール → Privileges → Admin API）も持っていれば、そのロールの範囲で使えます。ユーザーとエイリアスのツールには Users、グループとメンバーには Groups、組織部門には Organization Units、監査と使用状況には Reports、デバイスには Services → Chrome OS と Mobile Device Management、ドメインには Domain Settings が必要です。ロールとロールの割り当てには Super Admin か Roles Management 権限が必要です。一般ユーザーはすべての呼び出しで 403 Not Authorized to access this resource/api になります。作業をカバーする最小のロールを持つ専用の管理者アカウントを使ってください。
スコープ: admin.directory.user、admin.directory.user.security（ログアウト）、admin.directory.group、admin.directory.orgunit、admin.directory.rolemanagement、ChromeOS デバイス、モバイルデバイス、ドメイン、顧客の読み取り専用スコープ、さらに admin.reports.audit.readonly と admin.reports.usage.readonly です。読み取り専用にするには、コネクタの OAuth 設定で最初の 5 つを admin.directory.user.readonly、admin.directory.group.readonly、admin.directory.orgunit.readonly、admin.directory.rolemanagement.readonly に置き換えて admin.directory.user.security を外し、再認可して、作成、更新、追加、割り当て、停止、ログアウト、復元のツールをすべてオフにします。
読み取れるデータ: アカウント自体、そのドメインとドメインエイリアス。組織部門、管理者かどうか、停止状態、2 段階認証プロセス、最終ログイン、エイリアス、役職、部署、上司を含むユーザー。isSuspended=true、orgUnitPath='/Sales'、isEnrolledIn2Sv=false、isAdmin=true、email:anna* などのクエリで検索できます。グループとそのメンバー、あるユーザーが属するグループ、ユーザーが直接またはネストされたグループ経由でメンバーかどうか。組織部門のツリー。管理者ロールとその権限、誰がどのロールを持っているか。管理対象の ChromeOS とモバイルデバイス（status:provisioned、user:[email protected]、sync:..2026-06-01（それ以降未同期）などで検索）。アプリケーションごとの監査ログ（login、admin、drive、token、groups、mobile、meet、gmail、calendar、chrome、saml、user_accounts など）を、ユーザー、期間、login_failure や suspicious_login などのイベントで絞り込めます。アカウント全体とユーザーごとの日次の使用状況（accounts:last_login_time、accounts:used_quota_in_mb、gmail:num_emails_sent など）。
書き込める操作: 初期パスワードと change_password_at_next_login を指定したユーザーの作成、項目、パスワード、組織部門、上司の更新、ユーザーの停止と再開、すべてのウェブとデバイスのセッションからのログアウト、過去 20 日以内に削除したユーザーの復元（Super Admin のみ）、エイリアスの追加（1 ユーザー最大 30 個）。グループの作成と更新、ユーザー、グループ、外部アドレスのメンバー追加、メンバーのロールやメール配信設定の変更。組織部門の作成、名前の変更、移動。アカウント全体または 1 つの組織部門を範囲とする、ユーザーやグループへの管理者ロールの付与（Super Admin を付与できるのは Super Admin だけです）。
インストール時はオフ: google_admin_delete_user、google_admin_delete_group、google_admin_remove_group_member、google_admin_delete_user_alias、google_admin_delete_role_assignment です。元に戻せないため（削除したユーザーは 20 日間だけ復元でき、グループは復元できません）、チームに必要なときに管理者がオンにします。
データ形式: user_key にはプライマリメール、エイリアス、不変の id のいずれかを渡します。ツールのパスでは組織部門を先頭のスラッシュなし（Sales/EMEA）か id:<orgUnitId> で書き、org_unit_path などのユーザー項目ではスラッシュ付き（/Sales/EMEA）で書きます。google_admin_assign_role と google_admin_undelete_user にはメールではなく不変の ID が必要です。google_admin_update_user は送った項目だけを変えますが、organizations、phones、relations などのリストは丸ごと置き換わるため、AI は先にユーザーを読みます。時刻は UTC の RFC 3339 で、lastLoginTime が 1970-01-01T00:00:00.000Z なら一度もログインしていません。ドメインの creationTime はエポックミリ秒です。使用状況レポートの date は太平洋時間の YYYY-MM-DD で、データは 1〜3 日遅れて届きます。日付が新しすぎると PARTIAL_DATA_AVAILABLE や DATA_NOT_AVAILABLE が返るので、1 日前に戻します。
ページングと制限: 一覧系ツールは nextPageToken を返します。AI はそれがなくなるまで page_token を付けて呼び直します。1 ページの上限はユーザー 500 件、グループやメンバー 200 件、ChromeOS デバイス 300 台、モバイルデバイス 100 台、アクティビティやユーザー別使用状況 1,000 行です。監査ログは新しい順で、ほとんどが約 6 か月前までさかのぼれ、イベントの反映には数分から数時間かかります。Google はプロジェクトごと、ユーザーごとに毎分のクエリ数を制限しています。403 quotaExceeded、rateLimitExceeded、または 429 が返ったら、1 分待って再試行します。新しいユーザーやグループが見えるようになるまで数分かかることがあります。
よくあるエラー: 401 は認可の期限切れか取り消しです（同意画面が Testing の間は 7 日ごとに必ず起きます）。もう一度 Authorize with Provider をクリックします。403 Not Authorized to access this resource/api は、サインインしたアカウントが管理者でないか、そのロールにこの領域の Admin API 権限がないことを意味します。403 Request had insufficient authentication scopes は、スコープ変更後に再認可が必要という意味です。403 "Admin SDK API has not been used in project" は API が有効になっていません（手順 1）。404 Resource Not Found: userKey は不明なユーザー、エイリアス、ID です。409 Entity already exists は、メール、エイリアス、メンバーがすでに使われています。400 Invalid Input は多くの場合、メールのドメインがアカウントに属していないか、パスワードが短すぎるか長すぎる（8〜100 文字）ことが原因です。
このコネクタは Gmail や Drive の内容を読まず（Gmail と Google Drive のコネクタが担当）、投稿や参加の可否などのグループ設定（Groups Settings API）を変えず、ライセンスを管理せず、デバイスのブロックやワイプ、退職時のデータ移行も行いません。ユーザーを削除すると、事前に管理コンソールで移行していない限り、そのメールとファイルも削除されます。

サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
推奨ルート：設定ファイルを触らずに claude.ai web で動作します。
