前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
HIBOB_SERVICE_USER_ID, HIBOB_SERVICE_USER_TOKEN
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
セットアップは約 10 分で、Bob の管理者が必要です。コネクタはサービスユーザーを使って Bob の公開 REST API（https://api.hibob.com/v1）にアクセスします。
- Bob に管理者としてログインし、Settings > Integrations > Automation > Service Users を開いて Manage をクリックし、名前と表示名を付けてサービスユーザーを作成します。ID と token はすぐにコピーしてください。トークンは生成時にしか表示されません。なくしたトークンは再生成できますが、古いトークンは無効になります。
- サービスユーザー専用の 権限グループ（permission group）を作り、そこに追加します。新しいグループには権限がないので、使うものだけを付与します。
- People's data > People's fields：読み取るカテゴリに View（
hibob_search_peopleには少なくとも root、about、employment、work）、履歴テーブル（work、employment、lifecycle、payroll）に View history、更新する箇所に Edit。 - Access data for：Everyone または条件。既定では在籍者だけが対象です。退職者を
show_inactiveで読むには、条件 Lifecycle status equals Employed を外します。 - People's data > Time off：申請と残日数の閲覧。申請の提出や取り消しのツールを使う場合はその権限も。
include_privateには非公開の申請の閲覧権限。 - Features > Reports：View reports according to people's data access rights。
- People's data > Tasks and flow > People's tasks：View and mark selected people's tasks as complete。
- People's data > Docs > [フォルダー]：文書フォルダーごとに View、共有フォルダーには Upload。

HIBOB_SERVICE_USER_IDに、トークンをHIBOB_SERVICE_USER_TOKENに貼り付けます。HTTP Basic 認証で送信されます。 - コネクタをインストールし、
hibob_list_employee_fieldsを実行してアクセスを確認します。
まずフィールド ID を確認: hibob_list_employee_fields は、標準とカスタムのすべてのフィールドを、ドット表記の ID（root.displayName、work.department、work.custom.field_123）とリスト型フィールドのリスト ID つきで一覧表示します。hibob_list_named_lists と hibob_get_named_list は、リスト ID を名前（部署、拠点、職位、カレンダー）に変換します。
読み取れるデータ:
- 従業員：
hibob_search_peopleは 1 回の呼び出しで多数の従業員を読み取ります（全員、またはroot.idかroot.emailだけで絞り込み。ほかのフィルターは拒否されます）。hibob_get_employeeは ID か勤務用メールで 1 人を、hibob_list_profilesは簡易な名簿を返します。大きな会社では、AI はまずfields: ["root.id"]で検索し、1 回あたり 50 から 200 件の ID を読み取ります。 - 1 人分の履歴テーブル（work、employment、lifecycle、salary）と、多数分の一括履歴（work、lifecycle、salary）。
- カスタムテーブルの列と、従業員ごとのエントリー。
- 休暇：期間または特定の日の不在者、ある時点以降に変更された申請、日ごとの内訳つきの申請、ポリシータイプ別の従業員の残日数、ポリシータイプ、理由コード、ポリシー、そして
hibob_search_calendar_eventsによる祝日と休業日。 - 保存済みレポート（JSON の行、CSV、XLSX で実行）。大きなレポートは
hibob_request_report_downloadでバックグラウンド生成し、hibob_download_report_by_nameで取得します。 - オンボーディングウィザード、全社の未完了タスク、従業員ごとのタスク、文書フォルダー、ダウンロードリンクつきの従業員の文書。
インストール後に書き込める内容: hibob_submit_time_off_request（AI は先に hibob_get_policy_type でポリシータイプの単位を確認します。申請は、管理者が skip_manager_approval を設定しない限りポリシーの承認フローに従います）、hibob_cancel_time_off_request、hibob_complete_task。
インストール時はオフ: マスターデータへの書き込みである hibob_update_employee（フィールドのみ、テーブルの行は不可）、hibob_create_work_entry（昇進、異動、上長の変更）、hibob_create_custom_table_entry、hibob_add_named_list_item、hibob_upload_shared_document（公開 URL または署名付き URL、最大 5 MB、本人も閲覧可能）。ワークスペース管理者がコネクタで意図的にオンにします。
データ形式: 従業員 ID は文字列として送られる長い数値です（3332883884017713238）。リクエストはドット表記（work.department）、応答はスラッシュ区切りのキー（/work/department）を使い、同じ値がカテゴリ別に入れ子で含まれることもあります。リスト型フィールドは項目 ID を持ち、human_readable: APPEND か REPLACE で名前を追加または置き換えます。日付は YYYY-MM-DD、hibob_list_time_off_changes は ISO 8601 の日時を取ります。残日数はポリシータイプの単位（日または時間）で、給与はそれぞれの通貨を持ちます。更新後最大 20 秒間は、Bob が古い値を返すことがあります。
黙って省かれる項目: 権限のないフィールドや ID が間違っているフィールドは、エラーなしで応答から抜け落ちます。値が見当たらないときは、空だと判断する前にサービスユーザーの権限グループを確認してください。
ページング: 従業員検索、プロフィール、1 人分の履歴、未完了タスク（最大 5,000 件）、不在者は一度にすべてを返します。一括履歴のツールと hibob_search_calendar_events は cursor に response_metadata.next_cursor を渡してページングし、AI はそれが null になったら止めます。
制限: レート制限はエンドポイントごとにかかり（従業員検索は毎分 50 リクエスト）、超えると 429 を返します。不在者とカレンダーの期間には最大幅があり、休暇の変更は最大 6 か月前までしかさかのぼれません。
よくあるエラー: 401 は ID かトークンの誤り、403 はサービスユーザーのグループに権限が足りないこと、400 はフィルター、フィールド、期間のいずれかが無効なことを意味します。401 や 403 を繰り返すと Bob のファイアウォールにしばらくブロックされることがあるので、再試行の前に権限を直してください。
このコネクタは給与計算を行わず、hibob_update_employee で履歴テーブルの行を変更することもありません。保留中の休暇申請を承認・却下するツールもありません。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT では、Web 版の Plugins ページから MCP サーバーをプラグインとして追加します。有料プランで利用でき、開発者モードはもう必要ありません。Business ワークスペースで追加できるのは管理者とオーナーだけです。Enterprise・Edu では、管理者が Create plugins with MCPs 権限を付与できます。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、Add をクリックして Add custom MCP server を選びます。
