ドイツの人事・給与プラットフォーム HR WORKS に v2 REST API でアクセスします。従業員、不在、病欠、リモートワーク（在宅勤務）、勤務時間、労働時間口座、給与支払い、人事ファイル、プロジェクト、応募者、組織単位、祝日、コストセンターを扱えます。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
HRWORKS_ACCESS_KEY, HRWORKS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
- HR WORKS で Administration → API を開き、API キーのペア（アクセスキーとシークレットアクセスキー）を作成します。

HRWORKS_ACCESS_KEYに、シークレットアクセスキーをHRWORKS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEYに貼り付けて、コネクターをインストールします。 - まず
hrworks_list_organization_unitsかhrworks_list_personsを実行して、キーのペアが使えることを確認します。
トークンはコネクターが管理します: HR WORKS が発行するトークンの有効期間は約 15 分です。コネクターはキーのペアをトークンに交換し、期限が切れる前に更新し、401 が返ったときは再ログインします。そのため、長い会話やスケジュール実行も途切れずに動きます。
できること: 48 個のツールで、従業員とそのマスターデータ、組織単位、祝日、不在、病欠、リモートワーク（在宅勤務）、勤務時間と労働時間口座、休暇口座、稼働可能時間、人事ファイル、給与支払い、出張旅費精算、プロジェクト、応募者と求人、コストセンターと原価対象を読み取れます。書き込みを行うツールは 3 つです。hrworks_create_working_times は勤務時間や休憩を記録し、hrworks_update_working_times は既存の勤務時間を変更し、hrworks_delete_working_times は記録済みの勤務時間を削除します（インストール時はオフ）。HR WORKS はいずれもバックグラウンドで処理してジョブ ID を返し、その結果は hrworks_get_working_times_job で確認します。書き込む前に、AI は対象者、日付、時刻をあなたに確認します。その他のツールはすべて読み取り専用です。
合計と残高: hrworks_list_time_accounts は月ごとの所定労働時間、実労働時間、残業時間の残高を返し、hrworks_list_leave_accounts は複数人の休暇付与日数と、承認済み・計画済み・失効予定の日数をまとめて返します。hrworks_get_absences_accumulated、hrworks_get_sick_leaves_accumulated、hrworks_get_remote_work_accumulated は、個々の記録を一覧にする代わりに、期間内の日数を人ごとに集計します。hrworks_get_available_working_hours は不在を差し引いた稼働可能時間を返すので、キャパシティ計画に使えます。
機密データ: マスターデータ、人事ファイル、給与支払い、病欠は、個人データ、給与データ、健康データです。このデータを閲覧してよい人だけが使う MCP サーバーにコネクターを置くか、該当するツールをオフにしてください。
日付の範囲: 不在、病欠、リモートワーク、各集計、稼働可能時間には beginDate と endDate（YYYY-MM-DD）が必要で、1 回の呼び出しで指定できるのは最大 1 年、interval=days の場合は最大 31 日です。勤務時間はさらに厳しく、1 回の呼び出しで最大 31 日、かつ暦月 2 か月までです。そのため AI は月ごとに取得します。出張旅費精算にも beginDate と endDate が必要です。
人の指定: 人に関するツールの多くは、社員番号か HR WORKS のユーザー名を受け付けます。どちらを使うかは personIdentifierType または usePersonnelNumbers で HR WORKS に伝えます。1 人分の給与支払いには、その人の UUID が必要です。UUID は hrworks_get_person と hrworks_list_persons_master_data が返します。
すでにインストール済みですか？ 以前にインストールしたコネクターにも、カタログ更新で新しいツールが届きます。AnythingMCP でコネクターを開き、Catalog update available の下で新しいツールの一覧を確認して Apply update をクリックしてください。認証情報や自分で追加したツールはそのまま残ります。なお、hrworks_list_travel_expense_reports には beginDate と endDate が必要になり、hrworks_list_working_times は 1 回の呼び出しで暦月 2 か月以内の最大 31 日までとなりました。
サンドボックス: https://api.demo-hrworks.de の HR WORKS デモ環境で試すには、コネクターのベース URL と、認証設定のログイン URL をデモのホストに変更します。
制限: ほとんどの一覧は 1 ページ 50 件です。続きがある場合、AI は次の page を取得します。HR WORKS はアカウントごとにレート制限を設けています。

ステップ 3 — Microsoft Copilot にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
Microsoft Copilot は、Copilot Studio で作成したエージェントを通じて MCP サーバーを使います。AnythingMCP をツールとしてエージェントに追加し、そのエージェントを Microsoft 365 Copilot と Teams に公開します。Copilot Studio は Microsoft のクラウドから Streamable HTTP で接続し、AnythingMCP はこれに対応しています。
- Copilot Studio でエージェントを開き（または新規作成し）、Tools で Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol を選びます。
- Server name（例:
AnythingMCP）、コネクタでできることを説明する Server description、Server URLhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_IDを入力します。Copilot Studio はこの説明をもとに、いつサーバーを呼び出すかを判断します。 - 認証で API key を選び、Type を Header、ヘッダー名を
X-API-Keyにして Create を選びます。 - Add tool で Create a new connection を選び、AnythingMCP の MCP API キー（MCP Servers → 対象のサーバー → API keys）を貼り付けて Add to agent を選びます。
- エージェントの Test ウィンドウで試します。
HR WORKSのツールが必要になる依頼をしてみましょう。 - Publish を選び、Channels → Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams で Make agent available in Microsoft Copilot を選択したまま Add channel を選びます。See agent in Teams で自分用にインストールされます。Microsoft 365 Copilot では @ を入力してエージェントを選びます。
ユーザーごとにサインインさせたい場合は、API キーの代わりに OAuth 2.0 → Dynamic discovery を選びます。各ユーザーは、エージェントが初めて呼び出すときに AnythingMCP にサインインします。
セルフホストの場合は、https://cloud.anythingmcp.com の代わりにインスタンスの公開 HTTPS アドレスを使ってください。Copilot Studio は Microsoft のクラウドから接続するため、localhost は使えません。

FAQ
どの Copilot が対象ですか? 職場で使う Microsoft 365 Copilot で、Copilot Studio のエージェントを通じて利用します。個人アカウント向けの Microsoft Copilot アプリでは、独自の MCP サーバーを追加できません。
何が必要ですか? エージェントを作成するために、Copilot Studio を利用できる職場アカウント（ライセンスまたは試用版）が必要です。Microsoft 365 Copilot や Teams でエージェントを使う人には、エージェントへのアクセス権が必要です。共有するか、管理者に組織向けに公開してもらってください。組織が Power Platform コネクタにデータ ポリシーを適用している場合は、MCP サーバーにも適用されます。
エージェントがツールを呼び出しません。 ヘッダー名が正確に X-API-Key であること、キーが URL と同じ MCP サーバーのものであることを確認し、Server description を具体的に書いてください。Copilot Studio はこの説明をもとにサーバーを呼び出すかどうかを判断します。変更のたびにエージェントを再公開し、開いているチャットでは "start over" と入力すると新しいバージョンになります。
