HubSpot + ChatGPT
AI に HubSpot CRM で作業させます。コンタクト、会社、取引、チケットの検索と更新、レコード同士の関連付けの確認、パイプラインと担当者の確認、メモとタスクの記録ができます。1 つのアカウントを、自分で作成するサービスキーで接続します。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:

ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
- HubSpot で左サイドバーの Development を開き、Keys → Service keys に進んで Create service key をクリックします。スーパー管理者か、Developer tools へのアクセス権を持つユーザーである必要があります。
- キーに名前を付け（例: 「AnythingMCP」）、Add new scope をクリックして下記のスコープにチェックを入れ、Update、Create の順にクリックします。
- キーを開き、Show、Copy の順にクリックします。サービスキーは
pat-で始まります（例:pat-eu1-...）。 - キーを、Bearer という語を付けずに
HUBSPOT_ACCESS_TOKENに貼り付けて、コネクターをインストールします。 - まず
hubspot_get_accountを実行します。キーがどの HubSpot アカウント（Hub ID）のものか、そのタイムゾーンと通貨を確認できます。
従来のプライベートアプリ: 古いアカウントには、プライベートアプリ（Development → Legacy apps、以前は Settings → Integrations → Private Apps）がまだ残っている場合があります。そのアクセストークンも同じように使えます。HUBSPOT_ACCESS_TOKEN に貼り付けてください。
スコープ:
- 読み取り:
crm.objects.contacts.read（メモとタスクも対象）、crm.objects.companies.read、crm.objects.deals.read、crm.objects.tickets.read、crm.objects.owners.read。 - 書き込み:
crm.objects.contacts.write（メモとタスクにも必要）、crm.objects.companies.write、crm.objects.deals.write、crm.objects.tickets.write。
読み取り専用の設定: キーには読み取りスコープだけを付与し、hubspot_create_object、hubspot_update_object、hubspot_associate_records、hubspot_create_note、hubspot_create_task を無効にします。
インストール時はオフ: hubspot_archive_object。AI にレコードを削除させる場合だけオンにしてください。アーカイブしたレコードは HubSpot のゴミ箱に移り、90 日間はそこから復元できます。
データプライバシー設定: HubSpot アカウントでデータプライバシー（GDPR）の設定がオンになっている場合、HubSpot は新しいコンタクトごとに処理の法的根拠、つまり hs_legal_basis プロパティを必須にします。コンタクトを作成するときにどの法的根拠を使うかを AI に伝えてください。指定がないと、HubSpot は「The following required properties were missing」と応答します。
制限: HubSpot で利用できるのは、Free と Starter ではキーごとに 10 秒あたり 100 リクエスト（Professional と Enterprise ではそれ以上）、アカウントごとに 1 日 250,000 リクエスト、検索は 1 秒あたり 5 回までです。上限を超えると HubSpot は 429 を返します。数秒待ってからやり直してください。
よくあるエラー: 401 は、キーが間違っているか、期限切れか、ローテーションされたことを示します。キーをもう一度コピーしてください。403 では不足しているスコープが示されます。Edit からキーに追加してください。404 は、ID またはオブジェクトの種類が間違っていることを示します。400 VALIDATION_ERROR では、誤っているプロパティやフィルターが示されます。たとえば、存在しないプロパティ名や、ドロップダウンの選択肢にない値などです。
このコネクターは、マーケティングメール、フォーム、リスト、ワークフロー、ファイル、見積もりと商品項目の価格設定、レコードの統合、一括書き込みは扱いません。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT は開発者モード（Developer mode）で MCP サーバーをカスタムアプリとして接続します。有料プランで利用でき、無料プランでは使えません。Business・Enterprise のワークスペースでは、先に管理者が許可する必要がある場合があります。
- ChatGPT で Settings → Security and login を開き、Developer mode をオンにします。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、+ をクリックします。
- 名前と短い説明を入力します（例: Name:
