前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
KLARDATEN_API_KEY, KLARDATEN_INSTANCE_ID
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
機密データ：最初に読んでください。 このコネクタは Klardaten を通じて税理士事務所の DATEV データを読み取ります。対象は顧問先のマスターデータ、税務申告、記帳、給与計算で、個人や企業の給与、税番号、生年月日、銀行取引も含まれます。これらのデータは職業上の守秘義務（§ 203 StGB、§ 57 StBerG）と GDPR の対象です。コネクタは、そのすべてを閲覧してよいユーザーのサーバー（例：パートナーや、DATEV ですでに同じアクセス権を持つスタッフ）にだけ追加し、共有サーバーや全社向けサーバーには追加しないでください。API キーは背後の DATEV プロファイルの権限で動作するため、モデルはそのプロファイルが読めるものをすべて参照できます。
- 事務所の DATEV サーバーに Klardaten 側のコネクタがインストールされて稼働し、Klardaten ダッシュボードに DATEV インスタンスが登録されている必要があります。
- https://dashboard.klardaten.com にサインインし、自分のユーザー用に API キーを作成します。キーは
uk-で始まります。KLARDATEN_API_KEYに設定します（Authorization: Bearerとして送信）。 - DATEV インスタンスの ID（UUID）を
KLARDATEN_INSTANCE_IDにコピーします。すべての DATEV リクエストでx-client-instance-idヘッダーとして送られます。キーで到達できるインスタンスはklardaten_list_instancesで一覧できます。 - まず
klardaten_get_meでアクセスを確認し、次にklardaten_list_clients（マスターデータ）、klardaten_list_accounting_clients（記帳）、klardaten_list_payroll_clients（LODAS 給与）、klardaten_list_firm_clients（事務所の管理分析）を使います。
ID は領域ごとに異なります。マスターデータは UUID、記帳は数値の client_id と YYYYMMDD 形式の会計年度、給与と事務所分析は client_number を使います。klardaten_list_postings は必ず client_id と fiscal_year で絞り込んでください。事務所の全顧問先を対象にするとタイムアウトすることがあります。記帳・給与・税務・分析のエンドポイントは Klardaten のプランに依存し、プラン外では 403 を返します。klardaten_search_documents には Klardaten の文書検索アドオンが必要で、無効の状態でインストールされます。klardaten_get_me は動くのに DATEV の呼び出しが失敗する場合は、klardaten_get_datevconnect_health を確認してください。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT は開発者モード（Developer mode）で MCP サーバーをカスタムアプリとして接続します。有料プランで利用でき、無料プランでは使えません。Business・Enterprise のワークスペースでは、先に管理者が許可する必要がある場合があります。
- ChatGPT で Settings → Security and login を開き、Developer mode をオンにします。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、+ をクリックします。
