Lodgify + Gemini
Lodgify によるバケーションレンタル管理：物件と部屋タイプ、空室カレンダー、1 泊ごとの料金と見積もり、予約と問い合わせ、ゲストとのメッセージスレッド、チェックインとチェックアウト、キーコード、予約ステータスの変更。アカウントの Public API キーで動きます。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:

ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
セットアップは約 2 分です。API キーはアカウントのオーナーにしか表示されないため、オーナーの協力が必要です。
- Lodgify（https://app.lodgify.com）で Settings > Public API を開き、API キーをコピーします。
- キーを
LODGIFY_API_KEYに貼り付けます。X-ApiKeyヘッダーで送られます。 - コネクタをインストールし、
lodgify_list_propertiesを実行してキーを確認します。
このキーはアカウントへのフルアクセスを与えます。このコネクタを使う人は全員、アカウントのすべての物件、予約、ゲストとのスレッドを扱えます。
読み取れるデータ:
- 物件と部屋タイプ：
lodgify_list_properties、lodgify_get_property、lodgify_list_property_rooms（料金、空室、見積もり、予約に必要な部屋タイプ ID）、lodgify_get_room、指定日以降に削除された物件、物件のオプション（アドオン）と支払い方法。 - 空室：アカウント全体、1 物件、または 1 部屋タイプの期間ごとのカレンダー。必要に応じて、日付をふさいでいる予約や休止期間も含みます。
- 料金：1 泊ごとの料金と日ごとの最低宿泊数（
lodgify_get_rates_calendar）、料金設定（税、手数料、デポジット、キャンセル規定、追加ゲスト料金）、そしてlodgify_get_quote。後者は宿泊料、手数料、税、オプション、プロモーションコードを含めた滞在の合計です。 - 予約：
lodgify_list_bookingsはstay_filterに Upcoming、Current、Historic、All、またはstay_filter_dateと組み合わせた ArrivalDate、DepartureDate（たとえば今日のチェックイン）を指定できます。lodgify_get_bookingはゲスト、部屋、合計、支払済み額と未払い額、メモ、キーコード、メッセージスレッドを返します。連携チャネルの予約（Airbnb、Booking.com、Vrbo など）、予約の見積もり、ゲスト向け支払いリンクも読めます。 - 受信箱：
lodgify_list_inbox（予約と問い合わせを新しい順にまとめて表示）、lodgify_count_unread、lodgify_get_enquiry、予約または問い合わせのthread_uidを使うlodgify_get_thread。
書き込める操作:
- 新規予約：AI は
lodgify_get_room_type_availabilityとlodgify_get_quoteで確認してからlodgify_create_bookingを呼びます。この時点のステータスは Lodgify に無視されるため、AI はその後lodgify_set_booking_bookedで確定するか、lodgify_set_booking_tentativeで日程を仮押さえします。from_enquiry_idを渡すと既存の問い合わせが予約になります。 - ステータス変更：
lodgify_decline_booking（日程が再び空きます）とlodgify_reopen_booking（Open に戻ります。Booked の予約は日程を解放します）。 - 到着と出発：
lodgify_update_key_codesでゲストに表示されるドアやキーボックスのコードを設定し、lodgify_check_in_bookingとlodgify_check_out_bookingで到着と出発の時刻を記録します。 - メッセージ：
lodgify_add_booking_messagesとlodgify_add_enquiry_messagesでスレッドに追加します。タイプCommentはゲストに見えない社内メモです。lodgify_mark_booking_repliedとlodgify_mark_booking_not_repliedで受信箱での返信状況を切り替えます。
ゲストへのメール: send_notification: true のメッセージ、lodgify_request_payment、ステータス変更時の request_payment: true はゲストにメールを送ります。AI は送信前に本文を見せ、あなたの確認を待ちます。
インストール時はオフ: ありません。このコネクタには削除ツールがなく、断った予約は lodgify_reopen_booking で再び開けます。
データ形式: 物件、部屋タイプ、予約の ID は整数で、メッセージスレッドは GUID（thread_uid）です。日付は YYYY-MM-DD、チェックインとチェックアウトの時刻は物件のタイムゾーンでの HH:mm:ss、更新日時は ISO 8601 です。金額は物件の通貨（currency_code）の基本単位です（120.5 = 120.50）。予約ステータスは Open（リクエスト）、Tentative、Booked、Declined で、source はチャネル（Manual、AirbnbIntegration、BookingCom など）を示します。
ページング: v2 の一覧は page（1 から）と size（既定 50）を取り、include_count: true で合計件数が count に入ります。lodgify_list_inbox は offset と limit を使い、total を返します。
よくあるエラー: 401 または 403 は API キーがないか間違っていること、404 は存在しない ID、400 は日付やパラメーターの誤り（どれが誤りかは応答本文にあります）を意味します。429 はレート制限で、AI は待ってから再試行します。
このコネクタは、料金や空室の更新、支払いリンクの作成、Webhook の管理、予約のゴミ箱への移動は行いません。

ステップ 3 — Gemini にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
Gemini CLI は ~/.gemini/settings.json（Windows では %USERPROFILE%\.gemini\settings.json）から MCP サーバーを読み込みます。次を追加してください:
