前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
MEDMIS_URL, MEDMIS_LOGIN, MEDMIS_PASSWORD, MEDMIS_SYSTEM_NAME
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
セットアップは約 5 分です。Medmis のクリニックアカウントと、Medmis サポートまたは Medmis 管理者が発行する API ユーザーが必要です。
- Medmis サポート（[email protected]、件名に DEV / API_CORE と明記）または Medmis 管理者に API ユーザー を依頼します。ログイン、そのパスワード、サインインに使う システム名 が発行されます。API ユーザーの権限によって、ツールが読み取れる範囲が決まります（
appointments.get、patients.get、patient_invoices.get、payments.get、schedules.get、stores.get、todo.tasks.get、profex.*など）。 MEDMIS_URLには、クリニックの Medmis ノードのアドレスを/apixなしで設定します。例:https://node3.medmis.ru。API リファレンスは<MEDMIS_URL>/apix/swaggerにあります。MEDMIS_LOGIN、MEDMIS_PASSWORD（6 文字以上）、MEDMIS_SYSTEM_NAMEを入力します。- コネクタをインストールし、
medmis_list_branchesを実行してアクセスを確認します。
コネクタは POST /apix/v1/Auth/login でサインインし、アクセストークンを Bearer ヘッダーで送信します。トークンの有効期間は約 1 時間で、自動的に更新されます。
読み取れるデータ: クリニックの分院（住所、連絡先、診療時間、ライセンス、UTC オフセット）。専門医とその専門分野、所属分院、各専門医が提供できるサービス。1 つ以上の分院と期間を指定した専門医のスケジュール表（空き枠のみも可）。予約（UTC と現地時刻、ステータス、患者、専門医、経路、受診種別、診察室、タグ）と、その参照リスト（ステータス、種別、初診・再診、経路、タグ）。氏名、電話、メール、カルテ番号、生年月日または年齢、性別、タグなどで検索した患者と、患者 1 人の完全な記録。患者の請求書とその明細、支払い方法別の金額を含む支払い。料金表（サービスカテゴリとサービス）。予約枠の確保（専門医のスケジュールで押さえた時間）。倉庫、品目マスタ、在庫数、使用期限付きのロット。社内の ToDo タスク。職域健診モジュール（Профосмотры）の企業、契約、対象者。
インストール時はオフ: medmis_create_appointment（空き枠の予約）、medmis_update_appointment（予約の移動、ステータスによるキャンセルや確定、コメントやタグの変更）、medmis_create_task。これらはクリニックの実際のスケジュールを変更するため、管理者が意図して有効にします。有効にした後も、AI は患者、専門医、日付、時刻を示し、あなたの承認を待ちます。このコネクタで何かが削除されることはありません。
患者データ: 患者、予約、請求書、支払いは個人の健康データです。AI は質問に必要な分だけを読み取り、求められない限り本人確認書類や連絡先を繰り返しません。患者リストには本人確認書類の番号、INN、SNILS は含まれません。
日付と ID: 日付のフィルターは YYYY-MM-DD、変更日時のフィルターは UTC の yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss です。予約には UTC と現地時刻（datetimeFromLocal）、さらに utcOffsetMinutes が含まれ、AI は現地時刻で伝えます。分院、専門医、患者、予約、支払いは UUID、請求書、倉庫、品目、タスク、健診の記録は数値の ID です。
制限: リストは items と totalCount、totalPages を返し、1 ページ最大 100 件、ページは 1 から始まります。Medmis はメソッドごとに制限があり、絞り込みリストは毎分 20 リクエスト、参照リストは 40、単一レコードは 100、サインインは毎分 40 です。429 が返ったら待機します。
よくあるエラー: 401 はログイン、パスワード、システム名の誤り、またはセッション切れです（コネクタは一度だけ再サインインします）。403 は API ユーザーにそのメソッドの権限がないことを意味します。400 ValidationError は誤ったフィールドを示します（例: 6 文字未満のパスワード、形式の誤った日付）。404 はその ID がノード上に存在しないことを意味します。

ステップ 3 — Claude にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
推奨ルート：設定ファイルを触らずに claude.ai web で動作します。
- Claude で Customize → Connectors を開きます。
- + をクリックし、Add custom connector を選びます。
- 名前（例:
