前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
MINDBODY_API_KEY, MINDBODY_SITE_ID, MINDBODY_USERNAME, MINDBODY_PASSWORD
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
セットアップは約 10 分です。Mindbody の開発者アカウント、事業所のサイト ID、そのサイトのスタッフログインが必要です。
- https://developers.mindbodyonline.com で開発者アカウントを作成し、API 認証情報のページからソースの API key をコピーします。Mindbody がアカウントを本番サイト向けに承認するまでは、公開サンドボックスサイト（サイト ID
-99）で使えます。 - サイトのオーナーがソースをそのサイトで有効化します。開発者ポータル（または API の
/site/activationcode）でサイト ID の有効化リンクを取得し、オーナーが Mindbody にサインインした状態で開きます。 - キーを
MINDBODY_API_KEYに、サイト ID をMINDBODY_SITE_IDに貼り付けます。サイト ID は数値で、事業所の Mindbody の URL や設定に表示されています。 - そのサイトのスタッフのユーザー名（多くはメールアドレス）とパスワードを
MINDBODY_USERNAMEとMINDBODY_PASSWORDに入力します。AI に必要な権限だけを持つ専用のスタッフログインを使ってください。 - コネクタをインストールし、
mindbody_get_locationsを実行して接続を確認します。
サインインの仕組み: ブラウザでのサインインはありません。コネクタは API キーとサイト ID を Api-Key と SiteId ヘッダーで送り、スタッフのユーザー名とパスワードを /usertoken/issue でスタッフユーザートークンに交換し、自動で更新します。すべての呼び出しはそのスタッフの権限で動くため、Mindbody でそのログインに許可されていない操作は 403 になります。
読み取れるデータ:
- サイトの設定：サイト情報、店舗、プログラム、セッションタイプ、リソース（部屋、機材）、スタッフと各スタッフが担当するセッションタイプ。
- クラス：期間内に予定されたクラス（既定は今日）、クラスの説明（クラスの種類）、繰り返しのクラススケジュール、クラスの参加者名簿、キャンセル待ち。
- 予約：予約済みのアポイントメント、空き枠（
mindbody_get_bookable_items）、予約可能な日（mindbody_get_available_dates）、カレンダー表示用のスタッフのスケジュール項目。 - 講座（エンロールメント）：まとめて申し込むワークショップ、コース、シリーズ。
- 顧客：名前、メール、ID での検索、全プロフィール、来店履歴、予定、残り回数つきの購入済み料金プラン、有効なメンバーシップ、契約（自動引き落とし）、購入履歴、アカウント残高、コンタクトログ。
- 売上とカタログ：売上、カード決済と支払いの取引、料金プラン、契約、パッケージ、物販商品。
書き込める操作:
- クラス：
mindbody_add_client_to_classで顧客を予約（waitlistを指定すると満員時にキャンセル待ちに入ります）、mindbody_remove_client_from_classで予約を取り消し（late_cancelを指定すると直前キャンセル扱いになり、サイトの規定により回数の消化や料金が発生することがあります）、mindbody_remove_from_waitlistでキャンセル待ちを削除します。 - 予約：空き枠を見つけてから
mindbody_add_appointment。mindbody_update_appointmentは時間、スタッフ、セッションタイプ、メモを変更するほか、確定、来店、キャンセル、直前キャンセル、完了の状態にします。 - 講座：
mindbody_add_client_to_enrollment。 - 顧客：AI は
mindbody_add_clientの前にmindbody_get_client_duplicatesとmindbody_get_required_client_fieldsを確認します。mindbody_update_clientは変更する項目だけを送ります。mindbody_add_arrivalは店舗でのチェックイン、mindbody_add_contact_logは電話、メール、来店のメモです。
予約や取り消しは実際の顧客に届くので、AI は顧客とクラスまたは枠を示し、あなたの確認を待ちます。ほとんどの書き込みは test: true を受け付け、保存せずにリクエストを検証して結果を返します。
インストール時はオフ: mindbody_cancel_single_class は 1 回分のクラスを予約者全員について中止し、必要なら顧客とスタッフにメールします。予約は API では元に戻せません。チームに必要になったら管理者がオンにします。
データ形式: 応答は行を名前付きのリスト（Classes、Clients、Appointments、Sales など）に入れ、PaginationResponse を添えて返します。フィールド名は PascalCase です。顧客 ID（ClientId）は事業所が決める文字列で、数字の文字列であることが多く、UniqueId は Mindbody の数値 ID です。クラス、予約、スタッフ、店舗、プログラムの ID は整数です。日時はサイトのタイムゾーンでオフセットなし（2026-11-20T18:00:00）です。金額はサイトの通貨の基本単位です。クラスは 1 回分の開催で、ClassDescription がクラスの種類、ClassScheduleId が繰り返しのスケジュールです。
ページング: limit（既定 100、最大 200）と offset。AI は offset に limit を足して次のページを取り、offset が TotalResults に達したら止めます。
制限: Mindbody は API 呼び出しをサイトごとに数え、無料枠を超えた分を課金します（料金は開発者ポータルを参照）。そのため AI はすべてを読まず、日付、店舗、ID で絞り込みます。
よくあるエラー: 401 は API キーの誤り、サイトでソースが有効化されていない、またはスタッフログインが拒否された（DeniedAccess、InvalidSiteId）ことを意味します。403 はスタッフに権限がないことを意味します。400 は業務ルールによるもので、理由は Error.Message にあります。たとえば使える料金プランがない、クラスが満員、予約受付期間外などです。
このコネクタは、料金プランや商品の販売、支払いの受け取り、クラス・スケジュール・スタッフ・料金プランの作成や変更、顧客の削除は行いません。

ステップ 3 — Claude にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
推奨ルート：設定ファイルを触らずに claude.ai web で動作します。
- Claude で Customize → Connectors を開きます。
- + をクリックし、Add custom connector を選びます。
- 名前（例:
