Mirakl を基盤とするあらゆるマーケットプレイス（Leroy Merlin、Conforama、BUT、home24、Maisons du Monde、Vente-unique、ePrice、Decathlon、Carrefour など多数）のショップを AI エージェントで運営します。注文、受注の承認、追跡と出荷、インシデント、価格と在庫を含むオファー、オファーと商品のインポート、顧客やオペレーターとのメッセージ、返品、注文書類、請求書、取引を扱います。マーケットプレイスごとに 1 つインストールします。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
MIRAKL_URL, MIRAKL_API_KEY
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
- マーケットプレイスのセラー用バックオフィス（運営者から案内された Mirakl ポータル）にサインインします。運営者ごとに独自の Mirakl インスタンスがあるため、コネクターはマーケットプレイスごとに 1 つインストールし（例: Leroy Merlin と Conforama）、それぞれにマーケットプレイス名を付けます。
- ポータルのアドレスをパスなしで
MIRAKL_URLにコピーします（主なマーケットプレイスのアドレスは下記のとおりです）。/apiは付けないでください。コネクターが自動で付けます。 - 右上のユーザー名をクリックし、My user settings の API Key タブを開いてキーを生成（または既存のキーをコピー）し、
Bearerを付けずにMIRAKL_API_KEYに貼り付けます。新しいキーを生成すると古いキーは無効になり、古いキーを使っている他のツールはすべて動かなくなります。 - ユーザーがこのマーケットプレイスで複数のショップを管理している場合のみ（home24 や Vente-unique でよくあります）、使うショップの数値 ID を
MIRAKL_SHOP_IDに設定します。空のままにするとデフォルトのショップを使います。 - コネクターをインストールし、
mirakl_get_accountを実行します。キーが属するショップが表示されます。
Mirakl で動いているマーケットプレイス: どこでもコネクターは同じで、変わるのはアドレスとキーだけです。

独自ドメインを使う運営者も含め、ほかの運営者でも同じように使えます。サインインしているセラー用バックオフィスのアドレスを指定してください。
注文とインシデント: AI は承認待ちの注文を一覧にし、明細ごとに承認または拒否し、配送業者と追跡番号を登録して出荷を確定します。インシデントが未解決の注文も探し、顧客の問題が解決したら mirakl_resolve_incident でその注文明細のインシデントをクローズします。注文に添付された書類（納品書、配送ラベル、顧客向け請求書）は名前、種類、アップロード日付きで一覧表示されます。ファイル自体はバックオフィスで開きます。
返品: AI は理由、RMA、追跡情報、関連する注文とともに返品リクエストを一覧にします。Mirakl の返品機能を使い、判断をショップに任せているマーケットプレイスでは、リクエストの承認または拒否と、商品が倉庫に届いたことの確認もできます。返金はバックオフィスで行います。
先に確認します: 受注の承認、追跡番号、出荷、インシデントのクローズ、返品の判断、オファーの更新、メッセージ、商品のインポートは本番のマーケットプレイスに反映されます。AI は変更内容（注文明細、追跡番号、変更前と変更後の価格または在庫、メッセージ本文）を示し、あなたの承認を待ちます。拒否した注文明細は完全にキャンセルされ、送信したメッセージは取り消せません。
価格と在庫: mirakl_update_offers はオファー全体を置き換え、省略した項目はリセットされます（数量がなければ 0 になります）。そのため AI はまずオファーを読み取り、変更点だけを反映した完全な内容で送り返します。mirakl_import_offers はインストール時に無効です。REPLACE モードではファイルにないオファーがすべて削除されるためです。
読み取れるデータ: 顧客、住所、インシデントを含む注文、自分のオファーと同じ商品に対する他ショップのオファー、メッセージ、返品、注文書類、運営者の請求書、取引明細（売上、手数料、返金、支払い）に加え、マーケットプレイスのチャネル（国別サイト）、配送業者、配送ゾーン、配送方法、物流クラスです。Enhanced Seller Invoicing を使うマーケットプレイスでは請求書一覧に新しい書類が表示されないため、AI は会計書類のリクエストと取引明細を読み取ります。
制限: Mirakl は API ごとに個別の制限を設けており、運営者はそれをさらに厳しくできます。商品とオファーのインポートは最短でも 15 分に 1 回、競合オファーとの比較は 1 分あたり約 5 回までです。429 の応答には待つべき秒数が示されます。
よくあるエラー: 401: キーが間違っている、新しいキーに置き換えられた、または別のマーケットプレイスのキーです。403: ユーザーにこの操作の権限がありません。404: 注文、オファー、スレッドがこのショップに存在しないか、MIRAKL_URL がセラー用バックオフィスのアドレスではありません。400: パラメーターが間違っているか、注文のステータスが対象外です。
このコネクターは返金、注文のキャンセル、資金の移動は行いません。また、1 つのインストールで扱うのは 1 つのマーケットプレイスと 1 つのショップです。

ステップ 3 — Muse にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
Muse はリモート MCP サーバーをカスタムコネクタとして追加し、OAuth でサインインします。
