AI に Neon のサーバーレス Postgres を管理させます。プロジェクト、ブランチ、コンピュートエンドポイント、データベース、ロール、スキーマ、オペレーション、使用量を扱い、確認のうえでブランチの作成やコンピュートの起動と一時停止を行います。パスワードは返しません。Neon の API キーで接続します。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:

ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
- Neon Console で、個人用キーなら Account settings → API keys（あなたとして、所属するすべての組織で動作します）、その組織のプロジェクトだけに届くキーなら Organization settings → API keys を開きます。プロジェクト単位のキーは 1 つのプロジェクトにしか届きません。
- キーを作成し、すぐにコピーします。Neon はキーを 1 回しか表示しません。
NEON_API_KEYに貼り付けて、コネクタをインストールします。キーは console.neon.tech にのみ送信されます。 neon_list_organizationsで設定を確認します。キーが属する組織がorg_id付きで一覧されます。
対応範囲: Neon API v2 を通じて、組織、プロジェクト、ブランチ、コンピュートエンドポイント、データベース、ロール、データベーススキーマ、オペレーション、使用量を扱います。AI は neon_list_projects から neon_get_project、neon_list_branches、neon_list_endpoints、neon_list_databases、neon_list_roles、neon_get_database_schema へとたどります。neon_get_database_schema はデータベースのテーブル、列、インデックス、制約を表示し、過去の時点の状態も確認できます。個人用キーでは、組織のプロジェクトに org_id が必要です。
変更の前には必ず確認します: neon_create_branch、neon_start_endpoint、neon_suspend_endpoint はプロジェクトを変更するため、AI は何が起きるかを説明し、あなたの同意を待ちます。
- 稼働中のコンピュートはコンピュート時間を消費し、プランの枠から差し引かれるか、有料プランでは課金されます。
neon_start_endpointでそのメーターが動き始めます。コンピュートはサスペンドタイムアウト後に自動でゼロまでスケールします。 neon_suspend_endpointはそのコンピュートへの接続をすべて即座に切断します。neon_create_branchはコピーオンライトのブランチを即座に作成します。過去の時点を起点にすることもできます。プランの枠を超えるブランチは課金される場合があり、ブランチに追加したコンピュートはすぐに起動します。一時的なブランチには有効期限を設定してください。- 変更はすべてバックグラウンドのオペレーションとして実行されます。完了したかどうかは
neon_list_operationsとneon_get_operationで確認できます。
インストール時はオフ: neon_delete_branch はブランチとそのコンピュートを削除します。管理者が意図して有効にします。ルートブランチとデフォルトブランチは削除できません。
使用量と費用: neon_get_consumption はプロジェクトごとのコンピュート時間、ストレージ、ブランチ数、ネットワーク転送量を、時間、日、月単位で返します。org_id が必要で、有料プラン（Launch、Scale、Business、Enterprise）でのみ使え、コンピュートを起こすことはありません。プロジェクトとブランチの詳細にも、当期のコンピュート時間、アクティブ時間、書き込みデータ量、転送量が表示されます。
パスワードなし、SQL なし: ロールのパスワードと接続文字列は一切返さないため、データベースのパスワードが AI に渡ることはありません。このコネクタは SQL も実行しません。Neon の HTTP 経由の SQL には API キーではなく、ロールのパスワードを含む接続文字列が必要だからです。データを照会するには、Neon ホスト上に読み取り専用の専用 Postgres ロールを作り、PostgreSQL コネクタを追加してください（ポート 5432、SSL 必須）。neon_get_database_schema なら、パスワードなしで構造を確認できます。
よくあるエラー: 401: API キーが間違っているか、取り消されています。新しいキーを作成してください。403: キーがそのプロジェクトや組織に届きません（別の場所で使われたプロジェクトキーや組織キー）、またはプランにその機能（使用量の履歴など）が含まれていません。404: プロジェクト、ブランチ、エンドポイントの ID が間違っています。423 Locked: プロジェクトで別のオペレーションが実行中です。終わるのを待ってから再試行してください。429: リクエストが多すぎます。少し待ってから再試行してください。
このコネクタは、プロジェクト、データベース、ロールの作成や削除、パスワードのリセット、Neon Auth、Data API、スナップショット、組織の管理には対応していません。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT では、Web 版の Plugins ページから MCP サーバーをプラグインとして追加します。有料プランで利用でき、開発者モードはもう必要ありません。Business ワークスペースで追加できるのは管理者とオーナーだけです。Enterprise・Edu では、管理者が Create plugins with MCPs 権限を付与できます。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、+ をクリックして Add custom MCP server を選びます。
