前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
PANCAKE_PAGE_ID, PANCAKE_PAGE_ACCESS_TOKEN
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
セットアップは約 2 分です。接続したいページにアクセスできる Pancake アカウントが必要です。コネクターはページ ID と、そのページの Page Access Token を使います。
- https://pages.fm にサインインし、接続したいページを開きます。
- Settings → Tools（ベトナム語表示では Cài đặt → Công cụ）を開き、Page Access Token を
PANCAKE_PAGE_ACCESS_TOKENにコピーします。前にpage_access_token=を付けず、トークンだけを貼り付けてください。 - ページ ID を
PANCAKE_PAGE_IDに入力します。ページのアドレスで pages.fm/ の後ろにある部分で、例は256469571178082です。他チャネルのページは接頭辞が付いたままで、例はwaba_102952029333366です。 - コネクターをインストールし、
pancake_list_tagsを実行します。ページのタグが一覧表示され、トークンとページ ID が対応していることを確認できます。
1 ページにつき 1 回インストール: Pancake はページの Facebook、Instagram、Zalo、WhatsApp、TikTok などのチャネルを 1 つの受信箱にまとめますが、Pancake に接続した各ページには固有の ID とトークンがあります。複数のページを扱う場合は、ページごとにコネクターをインストールします。トークンは Pancake で再生成するまで有効です。Pancake が受け付ける唯一の方法であるクエリパラメーター page_access_token として、pages.fm にだけ送信されます。
読み取れるデータ: ページの会話（60 件ずつ、更新の新しい順）。個別メッセージ、投稿へのコメント、ライブ配信へのコメントがあり、それぞれプレビュー、既読状態、顧客、タグ、担当スタッフ、電話番号が含まれます。さらに、1 つの会話のメッセージ（30 件ずつ、添付ファイル付き）、ページのタグ、オンライン状態付きのスタッフ、名前・性別・誕生日・電話番号・メールアドレス・メモを含む顧客、コメント数・いいね数・収集した電話番号を含む投稿、そしてページ（1 時間ごと）、スタッフ、タグの統計です。
常に期間を指定: 顧客、投稿、ページ統計、タグ統計は開始と終了のある期間（since と until）で読み取ります。いくつかのエンドポイントでは一度に指定できるのは最大でおよそ 1 か月です。「今週」や「9 月」と頼めば、AI が期間を計算します。スタッフ統計はページ自身のタイムゾーン（ベトナムのページなら UTC+7）の日付範囲を使い、回答に含まれる時刻は UTC で返ります。
顧客情報の変更前に確認: pancake_update_customer（名前、性別、誕生日、電話番号。新しい電話番号リストは古いリストを置き換えます）の前に、AI は変更内容を示し、あなたの承認を待ちます。pancake_tag_conversation、pancake_assign_conversation、pancake_mark_conversation_read、pancake_mark_conversation_unread、pancake_add_customer_note が変更するのは共有の受信箱だけです。タグ、割り当て、既読状態、メモは顧客には見えず、AI はあなたが頼んだときに使います。
インストール時はオフ: pancake_send_message、pancake_reply_comment、pancake_send_private_reply。これらは顧客に直接書き込みます。受信箱でのメッセージ、投稿を見た人なら誰でも読めるコメントへの公開返信、またはコメント投稿者への Messenger での非公開メッセージ（コメントから 7 日以内）です。管理者が意図して有効にし、その場合でも AI は正確な本文を示してあなたの承認を待ちます。各チャネルのルールが適用され、Facebook と Instagram では自由な返信は顧客の最後のメッセージから 24 時間以内に限られます。
制限: Pancake はページごとに 1 秒あたり 5 リクエストまでです。429 が返ったら、ペースを落として少し待ってから再試行します。
よくあるエラー: Pancake はほとんどのエラーを HTTP 200 と success false で返しますが、コネクターはそれをエラーとして扱います。Invalid access_token（エラー 102）は、トークンが間違っている、再生成された、または PANCAKE_PAGE_ID とは別のページのものであることを示します。403 は、ページでのあなたの権限ではその操作ができないことを示します。統計には、レポートを閲覧できる権限が必要です。
このコネクターは、ページの一覧表示やページトークンの発行、メディアのアップロードや画像の送信、WhatsApp テンプレートメッセージの送信、メモの編集や削除、ラウンドロビン設定の変更は行わず、広告、通話履歴、データのエクスポート、チャットプラグイン、Webhook、Pancake POS（注文、商品、在庫）も扱いません。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT では、Web 版の Plugins ページから MCP サーバーをプラグインとして追加します。有料プランで利用でき、開発者モードはもう必要ありません。Business ワークスペースで追加できるのは管理者とオーナーだけです。Enterprise・Edu では、管理者が Create plugins with MCPs 権限を付与できます。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、+ をクリックして Add custom MCP server を選びます。
