前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:

ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
このコネクタは 1 つの API キーで Access PeopleHR Integration API v4 を呼び出します。従業員、休暇と欠勤、給与、保存済みレポート、人事評価、研修、タイムシート、求人を読み取り、キーが許可していれば休暇と欠勤の登録もできます。
- PeopleHR の管理者が Settings > API を開き、キー（
1a2b3c4d-...のような GUID）を作成します。 - 作成時に、キーが呼び出せるリソースとアクションにチェックを入れます。読み取りツールには少なくとも Employee、Holiday、Absence、Holiday Entitlements、Salary、Query Builder、Appraisal、Training、ATS が必要です。Add Holiday と Add Absence のアクションは、
peoplehr_add_holidayとpeoplehr_add_absenceを使う場合だけ追加してください。 - キーを
PEOPLEHR_API_KEYに貼り付けます。キーに IP 許可リストがある場合、AnythingMCP のアドレスがリストに載っていないと呼び出しは拒否されます。 - まず
peoplehr_get_company_informationでキーを確認し、次にpeoplehr_get_employee_directoryで従業員ごとのツールに渡す EmployeeId（例:PW15）を調べます。
注意点:
- エラーも HTTP 200 で返ります。応答の
Statusを確認してください: 0 成功、10 レコードなし、5 検証エラーまたはAccess Denied.、6 サーバーエラー。Access Denied.は、キーにそのアクションまたはスキーマが許可されていないことを意味します。 peoplehr_list_leaversには別途 GetAllLeavers の許可が必要で、求人と応募者のツールには採用モジュール（ATS）が必要です。これがないと Status 5 が返ります。peoplehr_run_queryは保存済みの Query Builder クエリを正確な名前で実行します。API ではクエリを一覧できないため、名前は Reports > Query Builder で確認してください。- 日付は
yyyy-MM-dd形式です。レート制限は Access が会社ごとに設定します。制限された呼び出しは 1 分あたりの上限を示すメッセージとともに Status 5 を返すので、1 分待ってから再試行してください。
ステップ 2 — アダプターをインストール

ステップ 3 — Claude にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
推奨ルート — 設定ファイルを触らずに claude.ai web で動作します。
- Claude で Customize → Connectors を開きます。
- + をクリックし、Add custom connector を選びます。
- 名前（例:
Access PeopleHR）とリモート MCP サーバー URLhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_IDを入力し、Add をクリックします。 - Connect をクリックし、AnythingMCP にサインイン（OAuth）してアクセスを許可します。
