前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
PINPOINT_SUBDOMAIN, PINPOINT_API_KEY
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
このコネクタは、自社専用サブドメイン上の Pinpoint JSON:API v1 を API キーで読み取ります。書き込みツールは 2 つで、社内コメントの追加と応募のステージ移動ができます。
PINPOINT_SUBDOMAINには、ログインするアドレスの.pinpointhq.comより前の部分を入れます。acme.pinpointhq.comならacmeです。- Pinpoint の管理者が Settings > API & Webhooks を開き、Pinpoint API のトグルをオンにします。オフのままではキーを作成できず、呼び出しは 403 を返します。
- API Keys タブでキーを作成し、
PINPOINT_API_KEYに貼り付けます。Pinpoint は AI ツール用に読み取り専用の別キーを推奨しています。pinpoint_add_commentとpinpoint_move_application_stageには書き込み権限のあるキーが必要です。 - まず
pinpoint_list_jobs（ステータスopen）、次にjob_idを指定してpinpoint_list_applications、詳細はinclude=candidate,stageを付けたpinpoint_get_applicationで取得します。
注意点:
- 応答は JSON:API 形式です。レコードは
data[]、includeで要求した関連レコードはincluded[]に入ります。ID は文字列です。 pageは 1 から、page_sizeの既定値は 100（最大 1000）です。機密求人はvisibilityにconfidentialを指定しない限りpinpoint_list_jobsに表示されません。- 上限は IP あたり 1 分 120 リクエスト、8 分 240 リクエストです。超えると Pinpoint は
Retry-After付きの 429 を返します。個別取得を繰り返すより、include付きで絞り込んだ一覧呼び出し 1 回のほうが適しています。 - 応募を移動すると、移動先ステージに設定された自動メールが送信されることがあります。コメントは採用チームに表示され、候補者には表示されません。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT は開発者モード（Developer mode）で MCP サーバーをカスタムアプリとして接続します。有料プランで利用でき、無料プランでは使えません。Business・Enterprise のワークスペースでは、先に管理者が許可する必要がある場合があります。
- ChatGPT で Settings → Security and login を開き、Developer mode をオンにします。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、+ をクリックします。
- 名前と短い説明を入力します（例: Name:
