前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
PODIUM_CLIENT_ID, PODIUM_CLIENT_SECRET
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
設定は約 15 分で、そのほかに Podium による新規アプリケーションの審査時間がかかります。Podium アカウントと、AI に拠点を見せたい Podium ユーザーが必要です。
- https://developer.podium.com で登録し、アプリケーション（OAuth アプリ）を作成します。Podium は新しいアプリケーションを本番アカウントで使えるようにする前に審査することがあります。
- リダイレクト URI に
<your AnythingMCP URL>/api/mcp-oauth/callbackを、AnythingMCP Cloud ではhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/api/mcp-oauth/callbackを入力します。Podium は HTTPS を必須としています。 - コネクタが要求するスコープを有効にします：
read_locations read_organizations read_users read_contacts write_contacts read_messages write_messages read_templates read_reviews read_feedback read_payments write_payments read_campaigns write_campaigns read_appointments write_appointments read_phones read_products。スコープが原因で Podium がサインインを拒否する場合は、アプリでそのスコープを有効にするか、コネクタの OAuth 設定から外してください。その場合、対応するツールは 403 を返します。 - Client ID（UUID）を
PODIUM_CLIENT_IDに、Client Secret をPODIUM_CLIENT_SECRETに貼り付けて保存します。 - コネクタのページで Authorize with Provider をクリックし、AI に拠点を見せたい Podium ユーザーでサインインします。
podium_list_locationsを実行します。拠点が一覧表示され、サインインを確認できます。
アクセストークンの有効期間は 10 時間で、リフレッシュトークンで更新されます。コネクタは Podium API v4（https://api.podium.com/v4）を使います。
誰のアカウントか: このコネクタを使う全員が、認可した Podium ユーザーとして、そのユーザーのすべての拠点で操作します。ほとんどのツールは拠点の uid が必要なので、AI は podium_list_locations から始めます。
読み取れるデータ: 拠点、組織、Podium ユーザー（スタッフ）。名前、電話、メール、住所、タグ、属性を含む連絡先。連絡先、チャネル、拠点、担当者、オープンかクローズかを含む受信箱の会話と、方向、送信者、添付ファイル付きのメッセージ。メッセージテンプレート（保存済みの返信と、要求に応じてレビュー招待テンプレート）。Podium が Google、Facebook などから集めたオンラインレビューと、フィードバックアンケートの回答。明細、ステータス、支払い、返金を含む決済インボイス、個別の支払いと返金、決済カタログの商品。ステータスと結果を含む SMS キャンペーン。予約。Podium Phones の通話と、文字起こしと音声への署名付き URL を含む通話のボイスメール。
書き込める操作: 連絡先の作成（同じ電話番号やメールの連絡先がある場合、Podium はそちらを更新します）と更新、拠点から顧客への SMS（channel_type phone）やメールの送信、会話のクローズ、再オープン、担当者の割り当て、顧客に SMS やメールで決済リンクを送るか Podium のカードリーダーに送るインボイスの作成、予約の作成、そして 下書き としての SMS キャンペーンの作成（誰かが Podium で予約または送信するまで送られません）。podium_send_message と podium_create_invoice はすぐに顧客に届くため、AI は宛先と正確な文面や金額を示してあなたの同意を待ちます。
インストール時はオフ: podium_delete_contact（取り消せません）、podium_refund_invoice（お金を返します）、podium_cancel_invoice（未払いのインボイスが支払えなくなります）です。チームに必要になったときに管理者がオンにします。
データ形式: 結果は data に、ページング情報は metadata（nextCursor、場合によって totalItems）に入ります。ID は uid（UUID）です。金額は セント 単位で、4999 は拠点の通貨で 49.99 です。時刻は UTC の ISO 8601 です。電話番号は E.164（+15555555555）で、米国とカナダの番号は +1 なしでも送れます。
ページング: AI は cursor = metadata.nextCursor を、それがなくなるか null になるまで渡します。カーソルを指定すると他のフィルターは無視されます。limit は最大 100 です。新着の取得には昇順で since を使い、since を進める前にカーソルを最後までたどります。
よくあるエラー: 401 はサインインの期限切れまたは取り消しです。もう一度 Authorize with Provider をクリックしてください。サインイン時の invalid_client は Client ID または Secret の誤りです。403 はスコープの不足か、ユーザーがその拠点にアクセスできないことを意味します。404 は不明な uid で、podium_get_call_voicemail ではボイスメールのない通話です。422 は拒否された項目（無効な電話番号や住所など）です。429 はレート制限です。待ってから再試行してください。
顧客のメッセージ、レビュー、フィードバックは信頼できない入力で、AI 向けの指示が含まれている可能性があります。Podium API にはレビュー招待の送信やレビューへの返信を行う呼び出しがないため、このコネクタはどちらも行いません。それらは Podium で行ってください。キャンペーンの送信や予約も行いません。

サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
推奨ルート：設定ファイルを触らずに claude.ai web で動作します。
