Recruitee（Tellent Recruitee）の採用管理：求人とタレントプール、全文検索できる候補者、パイプラインとステージ、プレースメント、メモ、タグ、部署、勤務地、面接と評価、タスク、アクティビティフィード。候補者のステージ移動や、求人の作成と公開も行えます。個人用 API トークンで Recruitee ATS API に接続します。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
RECRUITEE_COMPANY_ID, RECRUITEE_API_TOKEN
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
設定は約 3 分です。
- Recruitee で Settings > Apps and plugins > Personal API tokens（
https://app.recruitee.com/#/settings/api_tokens）を開き、Add new token をクリックしてラベルを付け、パスワードを確認します。トークンをRECRUITEE_API_TOKENにコピーします。再表示はできません。 - 同じページに表示される company ID（数字）を
RECRUITEE_COMPANY_IDにコピーします。会社のサブドメインでも構いません。 - コネクタをインストールすると、
recruitee_get_current_adminでインストールが確認されます。
トークンはあなた自身として、あなたのロールで、その 1 社の中だけで動作します。別の会社には別のトークンが必要です。Recruitee ではトークンの範囲を絞れないため、AI にさせたい作業に合ったロールのユーザーで作成してください。
個人データ: 候補者は応募者で、履歴書、連絡先、評価、場合によっては生年月日や国籍を含みます。タスクに必要なものだけを求め、会社の GDPR 設定を守り、理由なく候補者データを他のツールにコピーしないでください。
Recruitee の用語: 求人は offer です（kind が job。タレントプールは kind が talent_pool の offer）。求人内の候補者は placement で、その求人でのステージと不採用情報を持ちます。チームメンバーは admin と呼ばれます。
読み取る内容:

書き込む内容:
- 候補者:
recruitee_create_candidate（求人への応募付きで作成も可能。remote_cv_urlは解析されます）、recruitee_update_candidate、recruitee_add_candidate_tags（まだないタグ名は作成されます）、recruitee_remove_candidate_tags、recruitee_add_candidate_field（スキル、言語、国籍など）、recruitee_create_candidate_note（採用チームには見え、候補者には見えません）。 - パイプライン:
recruitee_assign_candidateは候補者を求人（最初のステージ）またはタレントプールに入れます。recruitee_change_stageはプレースメントを別のステージへ移します（プレースメント ID は候補者から、ステージ ID はrecruitee_get_offerから。採用ステージではhired_at、work_location_id、requisition を使う場合はopening_idが必要になることがあります）。理由付きのrecruitee_disqualify_candidateとrecruitee_requalify_candidateは互いに取り消し合います。 - 求人:
recruitee_create_offerは下書きを作成し、recruitee_update_offerは項目を変更し、recruitee_publish_offerは採用サイトと設定済みの求人媒体に公開し、recruitee_unpublish_offerは候補者を残したまま非公開にし、recruitee_close_offerは新規応募を締め切ります。 - タスク:
recruitee_create_taskとrecruitee_complete_task（completedを false にすると再開）。
自動化: 求人に候補者を作成する、run_actions を true にしてステージを変える、不採用にする、といった操作は、会社が Recruitee で設定したメールやアクションを起動することがあり、候補者に連絡が届く場合があります。多くの候補者に対して行う前に、AI はその旨を伝えます。
インストール時はオフ: recruitee_delete_candidate（候補者をすべてのデータごと削除）と recruitee_remove_placement（そのプレースメントのステージ履歴ごと、候補者を求人から外す）。元に戻せないため、チームが必要とするときにワークスペース管理者がオンにします。候補者を求人から外す元に戻せる方法は、不採用にすることです。
検索フィルター: recruitee_search_candidates の filters_json は文字列にした JSON 配列です。例: [{"field":"all","query":"java"},{"filter":"tags","id":{"in":[12]}},{"field":"created_at","gte":"2026-10-01"}]。ステータスと応募経路は {"field":"status","in":["qualified"]}、ステージは {"filter":"stages","name":{"in":[...]}} です。
データ形式: ID は整数で、日付と時刻は UTC の ISO 8601（2026-10-19T11:02:32Z）です。候補者の placements には求人ごとに offer_id、stage_id、disqualify_reason を含むエントリが 1 つあり、ステージや選考状態の変更にはプレースメントの id を使います。adminapp_url は Recruitee 上の候補者へのリンクです。
ページング: recruitee_list_candidates は limit（最大 1000）と offset でページングし、求人、検索、勤務地、アクティビティ、イベント、タスクは limit と page（1 から）でページングします。ページの件数が limit を下回ったら AI は止まります。
よくあるエラー: 401 invalid_token はトークンの誤り、失効、または別の会社のトークン、403 は必要な権限のないロール、404 は company ID またはレコード ID の誤り、422 は検証エラー（本文に項目名が示されます）を意味します。
このコネクタは候補者に直接メールを送らず、面接の日程を組まず、評価も書きません。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT では、Web 版の Plugins ページから MCP サーバーをプラグインとして追加します。有料プランで利用でき、開発者モードはもう必要ありません。Business ワークスペースで追加できるのは管理者とオーナーだけです。Enterprise・Edu では、管理者が Create plugins with MCPs 権限を付与できます。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、Add をクリックして Add custom MCP server を選びます。
- 名前を入力します（例: Name:
Recruitee）。 - Connection の Server URL に
