前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:

ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
- Workspace Owner として Settings → Workspace settings → Access Management → Tokens（
https://app.segment.com/goto-my-workspace/settings/access-management/tokens）を開き、Create Token をクリックします。 - Config API トークンではなく Public API トークンを選びます。必要な範囲をカバーする最小のロールを付けてください。読み取りだけなら読み取り専用ロール（たとえば Source Read-only と Tracking Plan Read-only）を付けた Workspace Member、書き込みツールを有効にする場合にだけ Workspace Owner にします。
- Segment はトークンを一度しか表示しません。すぐに
SEGMENT_API_TOKENにコピーしてください。トークンは Bearer トークンとして Segment にだけ送られます。 SEGMENT_API_HOSTをワークスペースのリージョンに合わせて設定します。米国のワークスペースはhttps://api.segmentapis.com、EU のワークスペースはhttps://eu1.api.segmentapis.comです。トークンは自分のリージョンでしか使えません。- コネクタをインストールし、
segment_get_workspaceを実行して接続を確認します。トークンは 1 つのワークスペースに属するため、ワークスペースごとにコネクタを 1 つインストールしてください。
読み取れるデータ: ソース、Actions のマッピングを含むデスティネーション、接続状態と最近の同期を含むウェアハウス、時系列のイベント量、Delivery Overview（どのステップでイベントが落ちたかと、その理由）、デスティネーションごとの配信メトリクス、トラッキングプランとそのルール（Protocols）、コードを含む Functions、API 呼び出しと MTU の日次使用量、そして誰が何を変更したかを示す Audit Trail です。トラッキングプランには Protocols、Functions には Functions 機能、マッピングにはワークスペースの Destination Subscriptions が必要です。
シークレット: デスティネーションやウェアハウスの認証情報が入っていることが多い設定項目（API キー、シークレット、トークン、パスワード）は省かれます。ただし segment_get_source はソースの write key を返します。write key があれば誰でもそのソースにデータを送れます。
制限: Segment はトークン、IP アドレス、エンドポイントごとにリクエストを制限し、上限に達すると Retry-After ヘッダー付きの 429 を返します。より厳しいエンドポイントもあります。ウェアハウス同期は 1 分に 2 回、イベント量は 1 分に 60 回、トラッキングプランのルールとウェアハウスの接続状態は 1 分に 200 回までです。一覧は最大 1,000 件ずつのページで返り、AI はすべて揃うまで pagination.next をたどります。
インストール時は無効: segment_update_source と segment_update_destination はソースやデスティネーションの名前を変えたり、有効と無効を切り替えたりします。無効になったものは、再び有効にするまでデータを捨てます。segment_delete_source と segment_delete_destination は元に戻せません。これらのツールは管理者が意図して有効にするもので、有効にした後も AI は変更のたびに先にあなたに確認します。削除は、あなたが ID と名前を確認するまで実行されません。
よくあるエラー: 403 "Not authorized to perform this operation": トークンが間違っているか取り消されている、もう一方のリージョンのワークスペースのものである、Config API トークンである、またはロールがこのリソースをカバーしていません。401: トークンが送られていません。404: このワークスペースにその ID のリソースはありません。422: パラメーターが足りないか無効です。たとえば Delivery Overview の期間が粒度で許される長さを超えている場合です。機能に関するメッセージは、ワークスペースに Protocols、Functions、Destination Subscriptions のいずれかがないことを意味します。429: Retry-After の時間だけ待ってください。
このコネクタはイベントを送信しません。Segment の Tracking API は、別のホストでソースの write key を使います。また、ソース、デスティネーション、ウェアハウスの作成には対応せず、フィルター、変換、Reverse ETL、Engage のオーディエンスと computed traits、アクセス管理、削除と抑止の規制、カタログも扱いません。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT では、Web 版の Plugins ページから MCP サーバーをプラグインとして追加します。有料プランで利用でき、開発者モードはもう必要ありません。Business ワークスペースで追加できるのは管理者とオーナーだけです。Enterprise・Edu では、管理者が Create plugins with MCPs 権限を付与できます。
- chatgpt.com/plugins を開き、+ をクリックして Add custom MCP server を選びます。
