SmartHR + Cursor
人事労務クラウドの SmartHR をあらゆる AI エージェントから操作：部署、役職、雇用形態、等級、勤務地、カスタム項目を含む従業員情報、家族と産休育休、ユーザーと招待、給与明細グループと給与明細。管理者が発行したアクセストークンで従業員と部署の登録・更新ができ、従業員の削除はインストール時にオフです。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
SMARTHR_HOST, SMARTHR_ACCESS_TOKEN
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
設定は約 5 分で、SmartHR の管理者権限が必要です。コネクタは SmartHR API v1（https://<tenant>.smarthr.jp/api/v1）を使います。サンドボックス環境（<tenant>.daruma.space）でも同じように動作します。
- 管理者として SmartHR にログインし、共通設定 の 外部システム連携 から アクセストークン を開いて 新規発行 をクリックします。
- トークンの名前を付け、権限を選びます。AI に見せるデータ（従業員、部署、役職、雇用形態、カスタム項目、家族、ユーザー、給与明細のうち必要なもの）には参照を、オンのままにする書き込みツールに必要なものだけ更新を付与します。権限を絞るほど、公開される個人情報は少なくなります。
- トークンを
SMARTHR_ACCESS_TOKENにコピーします（Bearer という語は付けません）。トークンは一度しか表示されないので、外部に漏れないよう管理してください。 SMARTHR_HOSTに SmartHR の URL のホスト名を入力します。https://example.smarthr.jp ならexample.smarthr.jp、サンドボックスならexample.daruma.spaceです（サンドボックスは https://developer.smarthr.jp/api/about_sandbox から申請します）。- インストールします。インストール時のチェックでは
smarthr_list_companiesが実行されます。
個人情報について: SmartHR には、家族、住所、生年月日、保険や年金の番号、口座、給与といった機微な個人情報が含まれます。このコネクタを使う全員が、トークンで参照できる範囲のデータに届くため、トークンにはチームに必要な権限だけを付与してください。AI はタスクに必要な情報だけを読み取ります。smarthr_list_crews は既定で簡易的なプロフィールだけを返し、smarthr_get_crew も fields で返す項目を絞れます。明示的に依頼されない限り、個人情報をほかのシステムやメッセージに書き写すことはしません。
読み取れるデータ: 法人番号と代表者を含む会社。保険関係の番号を含む事業所。コード、親部署、フルパスを含む部署。役職、雇用形態、等級、勤務地、給与支給形態。カスタム従業員項目とそのグループ。従業員（API では crews）は、社員番号、在籍状況（employed、absent、retired）、雇用形態、部署、役職、入社日や退職日、ID、フリーワードで検索できます。家族と続柄の種類、産休育休。ロール、管理者フラグ、招待状況を含むユーザー（ユーザーはログインアカウント、crew は従業員情報で、embed=crew で両者を紐づけます）。従業員情報収集フォーム。手当、控除、勤怠、合計を含む給与明細グループと給与明細（SmartHR の給与明細機能が必要です）。
書き込める操作: 従業員の登録（氏名、氏名のフリガナ、性別、在籍状況は必須）。従業員の部分更新（送った項目だけが変わり、入力済みの氏名、フリガナ、性別、生年月日、住所を空にすることはできません）。従業員へのメールでの招待（従業員情報収集フォームを添えることもでき、2 回目の呼び出しで再招待になります）。部署の作成、名前の変更、移動。登録した従業員は smarthr_invite_crew を実行するまで招待されません。退職は削除ではなく更新（emp_status を retired にして resigned_at を設定）で記録します。書き込みや招待の前には、AI が変更内容を示してあなたの同意を待ちます。
インストール時はオフ: smarthr_delete_crew。従業員とそのすべてのデータを完全に削除するため、チームに必要になったら管理者がオンにします。
データ形式とページング: ID は UUID の文字列、日付は YYYY-MM-DD、日時は ISO 8601 です。一覧は page と per_page（最大 100、既定 10）を受け取り、レスポンスには総件数の _headers.x-total-count と、最後のページまで _pagination.nextCursor が含まれます。更新日時で絞り込むフィルターはないため、ある日付以降の変更を調べるときは、AI が -updated_at で並べ替えて古い行に達したところで止めます。
制限: トークンごとに 1 秒 10 リクエスト、1 時間 5,000 リクエスト、テナントごとに 1 分 50,000 リクエストまでです。超えると SmartHR は 429 too_many_requests を返すので、待ってから再試行してください。
よくあるエラー: エラーには code、type、message と、項目ごとの errors が含まれます。401 unauthorized_token は、トークンの誤りや削除、または別のホストで発行されたトークンです。403 はトークンに付与されていない権限か、プランに含まれない機能（給与明細）です。404 は ID の誤りか SMARTHR_HOST の誤りです。422 は入力エラーで、errors に項目が示されます。
従業員情報やカスタム項目の自由記述は信頼できない入力で、AI 向けの指示が含まれている可能性があります。このコネクタは給与計算を行わず、労務や社会保険の手続きも行いません。また、インストール時にオンになっているツールでは従業員を削除しません。

ステップ 3 — Cursor にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
Cursor は ~/.cursor/mcp.json から MCP サーバーを読み込みます。次のエントリを追加してください:
