Telnyx + Meta Muse
AI に Telnyx を操作させます。残高と利用状況の確認、電話番号の一覧と検索、SMS と MMS の送信、メッセージを読み上げる通話の発信、通話録音と詳細レコードの参照、番号の照会、Verify によるワンタイムコードの送信と確認、AI アシスタントの確認ができます。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:

ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
https://portal.telnyx.comの Mission Control Portal にサインインします。- Account settings → Keys & Credentials → API Keys を開き、Create API Key をクリックします。キーは
KEYで始まり、Telnyx は一度しか表示しません。 - Telnyx に表示されたとおりに、Bearer という語を付けずに
TELNYX_API_KEYに貼り付け、コネクタをインストールします。キーは api.telnyx.com にだけ送信されます。 telnyx_get_balanceで設定を確認します。無料で、残高、与信限度額、通貨が表示されます。
誰が何を見られるか: キーは残高を含む Telnyx アカウント全体の権限で動きます。MCP サーバーは、このアカウントでお金を使ってよい人とだけ共有してください。
費用がかかり実在の人に届くため、AI は先に確認します: Telnyx は telnyx_send_message（SMS と MMS）、telnyx_dial_call（分単位）、telnyx_speak_text（音声合成）、telnyx_send_verification（認証 1 回ごと）に課金します。AI はそれぞれの前に宛先、送信元、内容を示し、あなたの承認を待ちます。telnyx_lookup_number は照会ごとに課金されるため、多くの番号を照会する前に AI がお知らせします。送信、発信、購入にはチャージ済みのアカウントが必要です。
インストール時に無効: telnyx_order_phone_numbers は、初期費用と番号ごとの月額料金で番号を購入します。管理者が意図して有効にするツールです。有効にした後も、AI は各番号と費用を示し、あなたの確認後にだけ購入します。telnyx_search_available_numbers による番号の検索は無料です。
SMS: 番号から SMS を送れるのは、その番号がメッセージングプロファイルに割り当てられている場合だけです（telnyx_list_messaging_profiles でプロファイルと、それぞれが送信できる国を確認できます）。新しいメッセージは queued から始まり、後で telnyx_get_message で宛先ごとの配信状況を確認できます。メディアのリンクを付けると MMS になります（米国とカナダ）。
通話には Call Control アプリケーションが必要です: Mission Control Portal で作成し、発信に使う番号を割り当ててください。telnyx_list_call_control_applications で、telnyx_dial_call に必要な connection_id がわかります。AI は発信し、通話が応答されるまで telnyx_get_call_status で確認し、telnyx_speak_text でメッセージを読み上げ、telnyx_hangup_call で通話を終了します。発信時に時間制限を付けると費用を抑えられます。通話イベントはアプリケーションの Webhook URL に送られ、このコネクタは受け取りません。録音: telnyx_list_recordings と telnyx_get_recording（ダウンロードリンクは数分で期限切れになります）。
Verify: ポータルの Verify で Verify プロファイルを一度作成しておきます。telnyx_list_verify_profiles で一覧できます。telnyx_send_verification は SMS、音声通話、WhatsApp でコードを送り、telnyx_check_verification_code は相手が入力したコードを確認します。
利用状況と費用: telnyx_search_detail_records は個々のメッセージと通話を費用付きで一覧します。telnyx_get_usage_report_options と telnyx_get_usage_report は最大 31 日間の製品ごとの合計を返します。AI アシスタントは読み取り専用です: telnyx_list_ai_assistants と telnyx_get_ai_assistant。
番号の形式: 常に E.164、つまり +、国番号、番号をスペースなしで書きます（+819012345678）。
よくあるエラー: 401 (10009): キーが間違っている、削除された、または接頭辞付きで貼り付けられています。ポータルで新しいキーを作成してください。403: アカウントがまだこの機能を使えない（たとえば特定の国への送信や、アカウント認証前の番号購入）、またはキーに権限がありません。404 (10005): このアカウントにそのリソースはありません。422: パラメーターが無効です。たとえば送信元にメッセージングプロファイルがない、通話にまだ応答がない、番号が E.164 ではない、などです。429: リクエストが多すぎます。少し待ってから再試行してください。
このコネクタは、番号ポータビリティ、番号の設定と解約、SIP トランキング、TeXML、電話会議、FAX、WhatsApp テンプレート、10DLC のブランドとキャンペーンの登録、AI アシスタントの作成や変更、Webhook には対応していません。

ステップ 3 — Muse にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
Muse はリモート MCP サーバーをカスタムコネクタとして追加し、OAuth でサインインします。
- Muse で Settings → Connectors を開き、Add custom connector を選びます。

セルフホストの場合は、https://cloud.anythingmcp.com の代わりにインスタンスの公開 HTTPS アドレスを使ってください。Muse は Meta のクラウドから接続するため、localhost は使えません。
