TikTok Shop Seller + Claude
AI で TikTok Shop のショップを操作します。購入者のメッセージと住所を含む注文、商品、在庫、倉庫、配送ラベルと追跡、返品、精算を扱い、ご希望に応じて発送、商品、在庫、価格の変更も行えます。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
TIKTOK_SHOP_APP_KEY, TIKTOK_SHOP_APP_SECRET, TIKTOK_SHOP_SERVICE_ID
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
アプリができていれば、セットアップは約 15 分です。TikTok Shop Partner Center にある自分のアプリ（App key、App secret、Service ID）と、ショップオーナーの Seller Center アカウントが必要です。
まずセラーデベロッパーの権限が必要です: TikTok がセラーにセラーデベロッパーとしての登録と自社ショップ用アプリの作成を認めるのは、そのショップに担当のアカウントマネージャーが割り当てられている場合だけです。割り当てがないと、Partner Center は「This account is not eligible for seller developer registration」と表示します。その場合は Seller Center のヘルプセンターから TikTok Shop にアカウントマネージャーの適格性審査を依頼するか、セラーデベロッパーの権限を持つ開発者のアプリを使ってください。
- ショップオーナーのアカウントで partner.tiktokshop.com（米国のショップは partner.us.tiktokshop.com）にサインインし、App & Service を開いて自分のショップ用のカスタムアプリを作成します。Manage API で、ツールが必要とするスコープを有効にします: Shop authorized information、Order information、Product basic と Product write、Fulfillment basic、Logistics basic、Return and refund basic、Finance information。
- アプリの Redirect URL に、AnythingMCP のアドレスの後に
/api/tiktok-shop/callbackを付けたものを設定します。AnythingMCP Cloud ならhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/api/tiktok-shop/callback、セルフホストなら自分のSERVER_URLを使った<SERVER_URL>/api/tiktok-shop/callbackです。 - アプリの App key を
TIKTOK_SHOP_APP_KEYに、App secret をTIKTOK_SHOP_APP_SECRETに、Service ID（App & Service → アプリ → Basic Information）をTIKTOK_SHOP_SERVICE_IDにコピーします。米国のショップではTIKTOK_SHOP_MARKETをUSにし、英国、EU、その他の市場では空のままにします。 - コネクターをインストールして開き、Authorize with Provider をクリックします。TikTok Shop で地域を選び、Seller Center にサインインしてアプリを承認すると AnythingMCP に戻り、コネクターが使えるようになります。
tiktok_shop_get_authorized_shopsで接続を確認してください。
Cloud とセルフホストは同じ手順です: コネクターは常に自分のアプリを使います。違うのは Redirect URL だけです。
複数のショップ: 1 つの認可で複数のショップが対象になる場合（越境セラー）は、認可の前に TIKTOK_SHOP_SHOP_ID にショップ ID、ショップコード、または正確なショップ名を設定します。設定しない場合、コネクターは最初のショップを使います。
トークンは自動で更新されます: アクセストークンの有効期間は 7 日で、自動的に更新されます。リフレッシュトークンはセラーの認可が続く限り有効で、暗号化して保存されます。認可が期限切れになるか Seller Center で取り消されると、コネクターに再認可が必要と表示され、所有者にメールが 1 通届きます。Authorize with Provider をクリックすれば元に戻ります。
App secret は AnythingMCP の中にとどまります: すべての呼び出しはこのシークレットで署名され（HMAC-SHA256）、シークレット自体が送信されることはありません。TikTok は 5 分より古いタイムスタンプを拒否するため、時計がずれたセルフホストのサーバーではタイムスタンプのエラーになります。
読み取れるデータ: 明細、購入者のメッセージ、セラーのメモ、受取人の氏名と住所、支払金額、配送業者、追跡番号、荷物を含む注文、注文の価格内訳、カテゴリー、ブランド、画像、属性と SKU ごとの価格および倉庫別在庫を含む商品、ショップが出品できるカテゴリーとその属性、出品ルール、ブランド、倉庫、配送オプション、配送業者、荷物、集荷と持ち込みの選択肢、印刷用の配送ラベルと納品書、追跡イベント、返品・返金・キャンセルのリクエスト、そして精算明細と、手数料やコミッションを差し引いた注文ごとの精算額です。
インストール時はオフ: tiktok_shop_ship_package、tiktok_shop_mark_package_shipped、tiktok_shop_update_order_shipping_info、tiktok_shop_create_product、tiktok_shop_edit_product、tiktok_shop_partial_edit_product、tiktok_shop_update_inventory、tiktok_shop_update_price、tiktok_shop_activate_products、tiktok_shop_deactivate_products。これらは発送の手配、購入者への追跡番号の送信、商品の作成と編集、在庫の上書き、価格の設定、商品の販売再開と販売停止を行い、本番のショップや購入者に見える内容を変更します。必要なものだけをコネクターのページで有効にしてください。AI は変更のたびに事前にあなたの確認を取ります。tiktok_shop_upload_product_image はオンです。後で使う商品用の画像を保存するだけで、出品は変更しません。
お金は動きません: 返金、注文のキャンセル、購入者への返信を行うツールはありません。これらは Seller Center で行います。
ID、時刻、ページ送り: ID は長い数値で、AI は文字列として渡します。時刻は Unix 秒です。一覧は page_token でページ送りします。
よくあるエラー: 106001 は署名が誤っていること、つまり App key と App secret が同じアプリのものではないことを示します。105005 はアプリまたは認可にその API のスコープがないことを示します。Manage API で有効にして、もう一度認可してください。36009033 は、アプリの IP 許可リストに AnythingMCP のアドレスが含まれていないことを示します。36009002 や 429 はレート制限です。1 分待ってから再試行してください。

ステップ 3 — Claude にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
推奨ルート：設定ファイルを触らずに claude.ai web で動作します。
- Claude で Customize → Connectors を開きます。
