ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
- Zoho のデータセンターを確認します。Zoho Books を使っているときのアドレスバーに表示されます（例: books.zoho.eu や books.zoho.com）。
ZOHO_BOOKS_ACCOUNTS_URLとZOHO_BOOKS_API_URLをそのデータセンターに合わせ、末尾のスラッシュなしで設定します。EU ならhttps://accounts.zoho.euとhttps://www.zohoapis.eu、米国ならhttps://accounts.zoho.comとhttps://www.zohoapis.comです。インド、オーストラリア、日本、サウジアラビア、UAE、中国も同じパターンです（.in、.com.au、.jp、.sa、.ae、.com.cn）。カナダはhttps://accounts.zohocloud.caとhttps://www.zohoapis.caを使います。 - Zoho アカウントでサインインした状態で Zoho API Console（api-console.zoho.com）を開き、Add Client → Server-based Applications を選びます。
- クライアントに名前（例: AnythingMCP）を付け、homepage URL に自社サイトを、Authorized Redirect URI に
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/api/mcp-oauth/callbackを入力します。AnythingMCP をセルフホストしている場合は、代わりにhttps://your-anythingmcp-host/api/mcp-oauth/callbackを入力します。クライアントを作成します。 - Client Secret タブで、Client ID（
1000.で始まります）と Client Secret をZOHO_BOOKS_CLIENT_IDとZOHO_BOOKS_CLIENT_SECRETにコピーします。Books の組織が、コンソールが開いたデータセンターとは別のデータセンターにある場合は、クライアントの Settings タブ（Multi-DC）でそのデータセンターを有効にし、そこに表示される client secret を使います。 - 組織 ID を確認します。Zoho Books で右上の組織名をクリックし、Manage Organizations を開くと、各組織の横に ID が表示されます。その数字を
ZOHO_BOOKS_ORGANIZATION_IDに貼り付けます。1 つのコネクターで扱えるのは 1 つの組織だけです。2 つ目の組織には、コネクターをもう一度インストールしてください。 - コネクターをインストールし、コネクターのページで Authorize with Provider をクリックして Zoho にサインインし、要求されたアクセスを承認します。
zoho_books_list_organizationsを実行して自分の組織 ID が含まれていることを確認し、続けてzoho_books_get_organizationで組織名と基本通貨を確認してから、AI に読み書きさせます。
サインイン状態の維持: アクセストークンの有効期間は 1 時間で、保存されたリフレッシュトークンで自動的に更新されます。リフレッシュトークンは取り消されない限り失効しません。Zoho が保持するリフレッシュトークンはユーザーとクライアントごとに最大 20 個です。同じクライアントを 21 回目に承認すると、AnythingMCP でもそれ以外でも、最も古いものが通知なく取り消されます。コネクターのサインインが切れた場合は、もう一度 Authorize with Provider をクリックしてください。
権限と読み取り専用の設定: コネクターは ZohoBooks.settings.ALL, ZohoBooks.contacts.ALL, ZohoBooks.invoices.ALL, ZohoBooks.estimates.ALL, ZohoBooks.customerpayments.ALL, ZohoBooks.bills.ALL, ZohoBooks.expenses.ALL, ZohoBooks.accountants.READ, ZohoBooks.banking.READ を要求します。品目、税、組織の設定は ZohoBooks.settings に、勘定科目表は ZohoBooks.accountants に含まれます。コネクターは承認した Zoho ユーザーとして、そのユーザーのロールの範囲内で動作します。読み取り専用にするには、コネクターの OAuth 設定ですべての .ALL を .READ に変えてもう一度承認し、zoho_books_create_contact、zoho_books_update_contact、zoho_books_mark_contact_inactive、zoho_books_create_item、zoho_books_update_item、zoho_books_mark_item_inactive、zoho_books_create_invoice、zoho_books_email_invoice、zoho_books_mark_invoice_sent、zoho_books_void_invoice、zoho_books_mark_invoice_draft、zoho_books_create_estimate、zoho_books_create_customer_payment、zoho_books_create_bill、zoho_books_create_expense をオフにします。
インストール時はオフ: 削除ツールの zoho_books_delete_contact、zoho_books_delete_invoice、zoho_books_delete_estimate、zoho_books_delete_customer_payment、zoho_books_delete_bill、zoho_books_delete_expense。削除したレコードは元に戻せないため、AI にその種類のレコードを本当に削除させる場合だけオンにしてください。
書き込みは実際に反映されます: zoho_books_email_invoice は組織から顧客にメールを送り、zoho_books_mark_invoice_sent と zoho_books_void_invoice は帳簿を変更し、zoho_books_create_customer_payment、zoho_books_create_bill、zoho_books_create_expense は総勘定元帳に記帳します。AI は記帳や送信の内容を先に伝え、あなたの承認を待ちます。顧客からの入金の記録は帳簿上の処理だけで、実際にお金が回収されるわけではありません。
請求書と訂正: 新しい請求書は、組織の自動採番による番号が付いた下書きとして作成され、すぐに送るよう指示した場合にだけメールで送信されます。送信済みの請求書は Zoho で削除できないため、代わりに zoho_books_void_invoice で無効にします。無効にした請求書は記録として残ります。これはドイツの GoBD などの会計ルールが求めるとおりです。zoho_books_mark_invoice_draft で編集可能な下書きに戻し、訂正して再発行できます。
合計と残高: Zoho は Books 向けのレポート API を公開していません。合計を出すときは、AI が勘定科目表の残高、zoho_books_list_account_transactions による 1 つの勘定の取引、または日付で絞り込んだ一覧を読み取ります。
制限: 組織ごとに 1 分あたり 100 リクエスト、1 日あたり Free で 1,000、Standard で 2,000、Professional で 5,000、Premium 以上で 10,000 です。上限を超えると Zoho は 429 を返します（1 分あたりはコード 44、1 日あたりはコード 45）。1 分待つか、翌日まで待ってください。
よくあるエラー: サインイン時の invalid_client や空の組織一覧は、2 つの URL が自分のデータセンターのものではないことを示します。401 のコード 57（"You are not authorized to perform this operation"）や invalid_oauthtoken は、サインインにスコープが足りないか、取り消されたか、ZOHO_BOOKS_API_URL のデータセンターが違うことを示します。両方の URL を確認してから、もう一度 Authorize with Provider をクリックしてください。組織に言及する 400 や 404 は、ZOHO_BOOKS_ORGANIZATION_ID が間違っているか、このユーザーから見えないことを示します。zoho_books_list_organizations の結果と比べてください。その他の 400 エラーは、問題のフィールド（重複した名前、無効な値、必須フィールドの不足）を示します。コード 4529 は送信済みの請求書を削除できないことを示すので、無効にしてください。連絡先の削除時のコード 3000 は、まだ請求書や入金がその連絡先を参照していることを示すので、zoho_books_mark_contact_inactive を使ってください。
このコネクターは、受注書、発注書、クレジットノート、仕入先への支払い、仕訳、プロジェクト、定期請求書、添付ファイル、PDF には対応していません。

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
ChatGPT は開発者モード（Developer mode）で MCP サーバーをカスタムアプリとして接続します。有料プランで利用でき、無料プランでは使えません。Business・Enterprise のワークスペースでは、先に管理者が許可する必要がある場合があります。
- ChatGPT で Settings → Security and login を開き、Developer mode をオンにします。
