1 つのテナントの Zuora Billing REST API：顧客アカウント、サブスクリプションと注文（プレビュー、更新、一時停止、再開）、明細と PDF 付きの請求書、支払い、返金、クレジットメモ、レートプラン付きの商品カタログ、使用量、ZOQL・Object Query・Data Query による読み取り。OAuth2 クライアントクレデンシャルで、ブラウザでのサインインは不要です。解約、支払い、返金はインストール時にオフです。
前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
ZUORA_CLIENT_ID, ZUORA_CLIENT_SECRET, ZUORA_API_URL
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
設定は約 5 分です。Zuora のテナントと、そのユーザー管理へのアクセスが必要です。
- Zuora で Settings、Administration、Manage Users を開き、ツールに必要な権限を持つロールの API ユーザーを選ぶか作成します。必要なのは API アクセスと Billing・Payments の読み取り権限、さらにデータを変更するツールのための書き込み権限です。
- そのユーザーを開き、OAuth Clients でクライアントを作成します。クライアント ID を
ZUORA_CLIENT_IDに、クライアントシークレットをZUORA_CLIENT_SECRETにコピーします。シークレットは一度しか表示されません。失くした場合は新しいクライアントを作成してください。 ZUORA_API_URLにテナントの REST ホストを、パスや末尾のスラッシュなしで設定します：https://rest.zuora.com（US Cloud 2）、https://rest.na.zuora.com（US Cloud 1）、https://rest.eu.zuora.com（EU）、https://rest.ap.zuora.com（APAC）、またはサンドボックスのホストhttps://rest.apisandbox.zuora.com、https://rest.sandbox.na.zuora.com、https://rest.sandbox.eu.zuora.com、https://rest.test.zuora.com、https://rest.test.eu.zuora.com、https://rest.test.ap.zuora.comのいずれかです。ホストは Zuora のテナント情報と、利用中のデータセンター向け API ドキュメントのアドレスで確認できます。- コネクタをインストールし、
zuora_list_productsを実行します。商品カタログが表示され、設定が確認できます。
ブラウザでのサインインはありません。AnythingMCP はそのホストの /oauth/token で OAuth2 クライアントクレデンシャルグラントによりアクセストークンを取得し、期限切れの前に自動で更新します。サンドボックスのクライアントはそのサンドボックスのホストでのみ動作します。Multi-entity テナントでは、OAuth クライアントが読み取りたいエンティティに属している必要があります。
読み取れるデータ: 顧客アカウントは zuora_list_accounts（["status.EQ:Active", "balance.GT:0"] のような Object Query フィルター）、zuora_get_account、zuora_get_account_summary（連絡先、サブスクリプション、最近の請求書、支払い、使用量を 1 回で取得）、zuora_list_account_payment_methods（番号はマスク済み）。サブスクリプションは zuora_list_subscriptions、zuora_list_account_subscriptions、zuora_get_subscription。注文は zuora_list_orders と zuora_get_order。請求書は zuora_list_invoices（期限切れのものは例えば ["status.EQ:Posted", "balance.GT:0", "duedate.LT:2026-10-01"]）、zuora_get_invoice、zuora_list_invoice_items、zuora_list_invoice_files（PDF のダウンロードリンク）。支払いは zuora_list_payments と zuora_get_payment、返金は zuora_list_refunds と zuora_get_refund、クレジットメモは zuora_list_credit_memos、zuora_get_credit_memo、zuora_list_credit_memo_items。商品カタログは zuora_list_products、zuora_get_product、zuora_list_product_rate_plans、zuora_get_product_rate_plan（レートプランの ID は注文で productRatePlanId として使います）。使用量レコードは zuora_list_usages です。
クエリ: zuora_query は 1 つのオブジェクトに対して ZOQL を実行します（例 SELECT Id, Name, Balance FROM Account WHERE Status = 'Active'）。zuora_query_more は次のまとまりを取得します。結合や集計を含む複数オブジェクトにまたがる SQL には、zuora_create_data_query で Data Query ジョブを開始し、AI が queryStatus が completed になるまで zuora_get_data_query を呼びます。結果は dataFile の一時的なダウンロードリンクです。zuora_list_data_queries は過去のジョブを、zuora_describe_object はオブジェクトのフィールドを（XML で）表示します。クエリツールはすべて読み取り専用です。
書き込める内容: zuora_create_account と zuora_update_account。サブスクリプションの変更は注文で行います。zuora_preview_order は何も保存せずに請求明細と金額を表示し、その後 zuora_create_order が新しいサブスクリプションの作成、商品の追加や削除、数量・価格・期間の変更を行います。zuora_renew_subscription は期間付きサブスクリプションを請求なしで更新し、zuora_suspend_subscription は zuora_resume_subscription で再開するまで請求を止めます。zuora_email_invoice は転記済みの請求書を PDF でメール送信し、zuora_create_credit_memo_from_invoice は請求書の全部または一部の明細からクレジットメモを作成し（auto_post が true でなければ Draft）、zuora_create_usage は使用量レコードを 1 件アップロードします。これらは顧客への請求内容を変えるため、AI はまずプレビューを作り、金額を見せてから了承を待ちます。zuora_create_order に processing_options（runBilling、collectPayment）を付けると、請求書の発行と顧客への課金も同時に行われます。
インストール時はオフ: zuora_cancel_subscription、zuora_create_payment、zuora_refund_payment です。お金を動かすか元に戻せない操作のため、チームが必要なときにワークスペース管理者がオンにします。
データ形式: ほとんどのキー（account_key、subscription_key、invoice_key）は番号（A00000001、A-S00000001、INV00000001）か 32 文字の ID のどちらでも受け付けます。accountId などのフィルターには ID が必要です。金額はアカウントの通貨の小数です。日付は YYYY-MM-DD、タイムスタンプは Z で終わらない限りテナントのタイムゾーンです。v1 の応答には success: true、または reasons（コードとメッセージ）付きの success: false が含まれます。Object Query の応答は data を含みます。
ページング: Object Query の一覧（zuora_list_accounts、zuora_list_subscriptions、zuora_list_invoices、zuora_list_usages）は最大 page_size 件（既定 10、最大 99）と nextPage を返し、AI はそれがなくなるまで cursor として渡します。その他の一覧は page と page_size を受け付け、続きがある間は nextPage リンクを返します。ZOQL は最大 2,000 件と、残りがある場合は done: false と queryLocator を返します。
よくあるエラー: トークン取得時の 400 は Zuora がトークンを発行しなかったことを意味します。クライアント ID とシークレット、そして ZUORA_API_URL がテナントのデータセンターかを確認してください。401 はクライアント ID かシークレットの誤り、またはホストの誤りです。403 は API ユーザーに権限が足りません。404 は番号か ID の誤りです。v1 のエラーは HTTP 200 と success: false で返ることもあり、AI は reasons を読みます。429 はテナントごとの同時リクエスト数またはユーザーごとの 1 時間あたりのリクエスト数の上限に達したことを意味します。少し待ってから再試行してください。
インストール時にオンのツールでは、コネクタはサブスクリプションの解約、支払いの回収、返金を行いません。商品カタログは読み取りますが、商品、レートプラン、価格の作成や変更はせず、支払い方法の追加も、削除も一切行いません。

サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
推奨ルート：設定ファイルを触らずに claude.ai web で動作します。
