GetResponse

セットアップ
設定は約 2 分です。GetResponse のアカウントが必要です。
- GetResponse で Tools、Integrations and API、API（https://app.getresponse.com/api）を開き、API キーを生成します。キーはアカウントのすべての権限で動き、90 日使わないと失効します。
- キーだけを
GETRESPONSE_API_KEYに貼り付けます。コネクタはX-Auth-Token: api-key <key>として送ります。 - 通常の GetResponse アカウントでは
GETRESPONSE_API_URLをhttps://api.getresponse.com/v3にします。 - GetResponse MAX:
GETRESPONSE_API_URLをhttps://api3.getresponse360.com/v3（ポーランドのデータセンターならhttps://api3.getresponse360.pl/v3）にし、GETRESPONSE_DOMAINに MAX のドメインをexample.comのように名前だけで入れます。X-Domainヘッダーで送られます。MAX 以外ではGETRESPONSE_DOMAINは空のままにします。 - コネクタをインストールして
getresponse_get_accountを実行します。アカウントが表示され、キーを確認できます。
GetResponse の API では campaign は連絡先リストのことです。ニュースレターは単発の配信です。
読み取れるデータ: アカウント、配信上限、GetResponse が扱うタイムゾーン（予約配信に必要な timeZoneId 付き）。設定と連絡先を含むリスト、リストごとの概要、時系列の増減：リストの規模、登録元（api、import、webform、landing page など）ごとの新規登録、理由（配信停止、バウンス、苦情、ユーザーまたは API による削除）ごとの削除。メールアドレスや名前、リスト、登録元、日付によるアカウント全体の連絡先検索、タグ、フィールド値、スコアリング、エンゲージメントスコア、サイクル日数を含む個別の連絡先、連絡先の行動（配信、開封、クリック。created_from を指定しなければ直近 14 日分）。タグ、カスタムフィールドの定義、条件付きの保存済みセグメントと該当する連絡先、条件を指定した連絡先検索、送信元アドレス。件名、送信者、配信設定、本文を含むニュースレター、トリガーと本文を含むオートレスポンダー、1 件または複数のニュースレターとオートレスポンダーの統計（送信、配信、開封、クリック、バウンス、苦情、配信停止）。
書き込める操作: リスト（1 アカウント最大 1000 件）、タグ、カスタムフィールドの作成。リストへの連絡先の追加、変更、タグの追加、フィールド値の設定。ニュースレターの作成、下書きの配信、予約中または配信中のニュースレターの停止（下書きに戻り、すでに届いたメッセージはそのままです）。
配信は本番の操作です: タイプ broadcast の getresponse_create_newsletter と getresponse_send_newsletter_draft は実在の人にメールを送ります。AI はタイプ draft を優先し、件名、送信者、本文、配信先を示してあなたの同意を得てから送ります。send_settings は GetResponse 独自のキーを使い、例えば {"selectedCampaigns": ["V"], "excludedSegments": ["R"], "sendOn": {"date": "2026-11-14T07:00:00", "timeZone": {"timeZoneId": 282}}} のようになります。sendOn がないとすぐに配信が始まります。ニュースレターの作成は 1 日 256 回までです。
連絡先の追加: getresponse_create_contact は本文が空の 202 を返します。連絡先はキューに入り少し後に現れるので、AI は後で getresponse_list_contacts（email と exact_match: exactMatch）で確認します。409 はそのメールアドレスがすでにそのリストにあることを示します。リストの API チャネルでダブルオプトインが有効なら、連絡先にはまず確認メールが届きます。未確認の連絡先は subscribers_type: ["unconfirmed"] を付けた getresponse_search_contacts にしか出てきません。キューの後段で拒否されることもあり、数分たっても見つからない連絡先は追加されていません。メール受信に同意した人だけを追加してください。
タグとフィールド: タグは [{"tagId": "..."}]、フィールド値は [{"customFieldId": "...", "value": ["..."]}]（value は常に文字列のリスト）です。getresponse_update_contact では tags と custom_field_values が連絡先の既存の値を置き換え、新しいリストを指定すると連絡先は履歴ごとそのリストへ移ります。getresponse_upsert_contact_tags と getresponse_upsert_contact_custom_fields は既存の値を消さずに追加します。
条件を指定した検索: getresponse_search_contacts は subscribers_type、section_logic_operator（or または and）、section を受け取ります。section は campaignIdsList、logicOperator、subscriberCycle、subscriptionDate、conditions を持つブロックのリストで、タグの条件なら {"conditionType": "tag", "operatorType": "exists", "operator": "exists", "value": "<tagId>"} のように書きます。POST ですが読み取り専用です。参考: https://apidocs.getresponse.com/v3/case-study/segments-manual
インストール時はオフ: getresponse_delete_contact（元に戻せません。message_id を付けると単なる削除ではなく、そのメッセージからの配信停止として記録されます）。チームに必要になったらワークスペースの管理者がオンにします。
データ形式: ID は短い文字列（V、pV3r）です。日時は UTC の ISO 8601 で、日付フィルタ（created_from、created_to など）は YYYY-MM-DD か ISO 8601 を受け付けます。統計は group_by（hour、day、month、total）に応じて期間の開始日時（または total）をキーにして返ります。開封数とクリック数はアカウントの開封トラッキング同意設定に左右されます。fields（カンマ区切り）で fields: name,email のように応答を小さくできます。
ページング: 一覧は既定で 1 ページ 100 件です。per_page は最大 1000、page は 1 から始まります。応答の _headers に totalcount、totalpages、currentpage が入り、AI は currentpage が totalpages に達するか、空のページが返ったら止めます。
制限: アカウントごとに 10 分あたり 30,000 回、1 秒あたり 80 回、同時に最大 10 リクエストまでです。429 の場合は context.timeToReset に待つべき秒数が入ります。
よくあるエラー: エラーは httpStatus、code、message、context を持つ JSON です。コード 1014 の 401 はキーが間違っている、期限切れ、または未設定です（GetResponse MAX では GETRESPONSE_DOMAIN の未設定や API アドレスの誤りも）。400 は context で無効な項目を示します。403 はキーのユーザーにその領域の権限がないか、API がプランに含まれていません。404 は不明な ID です。409 は重複（すでにリストにいる連絡先、既存の名前）です。429 はレート制限です。
このコネクタはランディングページ、ウェビナー、フォーム、EC、SMS、ワークフロー、トランザクションメールには対応しておらず、オートレスポンダーの作成や編集も行いません。
