セットアップ
X-Series 専用: このコネクタは、旧 Vend である Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) API の日付バージョン 2026-10 を、1 つのストアの https://<domain_prefix>.retail.lightspeed.app/api/2026-10 で使います。別の API を持つ Lightspeed Retail R-Series と Lightspeed Restaurant には対応していません。
設定は約 2 分です。パーソナルトークンには Plus プラン以上と管理者ユーザーが必要です。
- 管理者として Retail POS のバックオフィスで Setup、Personal tokens を開き、Add personal token をクリックします。名前を付け（必要なら有効期限も設定し）、トークンを生成してコピーします。
- それを
LIGHTSPEED_PERSONAL_TOKENに貼り付けます。Authorization: Bearer <token>として送信され、作成したユーザーとして動作します。 LIGHTSPEED_DOMAIN_PREFIXにストアのアドレスの最初の部分を設定します。https://mystore.retail.lightspeed.appならmystoreです。- コネクタをインストールし、
lightspeed_retail_get_retailerを実行します。ストアの名前、通貨、タイムゾーンが表示され、トークンが確認できます。
ストアの設定: lightspeed_retail_get_retailer、lightspeed_retail_get_current_user、店舗（アウトレット）は lightspeed_retail_list_outlets と lightspeed_retail_get_outlet、レジは lightspeed_retail_list_registers と lightspeed_retail_get_register、lightspeed_retail_get_register_payments_summary（レジ締めに使う、開いているシフトの支払い方法ごとの予定額と現金の出し入れ）、支払い方法、税、ユーザー（スタッフ）、シフトです。
販売: 期間、店舗、レジ、顧客、レシート番号で探すときは、AI は lightspeed_retail_search を type: sales と date_from/date_to 付きで使います。通常の一覧は日付を無視します。lightspeed_retail_list_sales はすべての販売をバージョン順にたどり（同期用）、lightspeed_retail_get_sale は明細、支払い、顧客、ユーザー、レジ付きで 1 件の販売を読み取ります。
カタログ: lightspeed_retail_list_products（1 商品なら sku）、lightspeed_retail_get_product、lightspeed_retail_get_product_family、lightspeed_retail_get_product_family_of_product。バージョン 2026-10 以降、商品ファミリーが共通データ（名前、ブランド、カテゴリ、タグ）を持ち、各商品がバリエーションごとのデータ（コード、価格、仕入先）を持ちます。参照データ：カテゴリ、旧来の商品タイプ、ブランド、タグ、仕入先、価格表（price book）、プロモーション。
在庫: lightspeed_retail_list_inventory_levels は商品と店舗ごとの在庫数、平均原価、発注点、発注量を返し、フィルター、並べ替え、発注リスト用の to_be_procured_only が使えます。lightspeed_retail_get_product_inventory_levels は 1 商品の全店舗の在庫を、lightspeed_retail_list_inventory_records と lightspeed_retail_list_stock_adjustments は元の在庫レコードと在庫調整を一覧にします。仕入先への発注、店舗間移動、仕入先への返品、棚卸しはコンサインメントです：lightspeed_retail_list_consignments、lightspeed_retail_get_consignment、lightspeed_retail_list_consignment_products（発注数と入荷数）。発注書は lightspeed_retail_list_purchase_orders と lightspeed_retail_get_purchase_order で読み取ります。

書き込める内容: lightspeed_retail_create_sale は販売を記録します（state が closed なら完了、parked か pending なら後で使うために保存）。lightspeed_retail_update_sale は保留中または未完了の販売を変更・完了し、販売全体を置き換えるため、AI は先に読み取ります。商品は lightspeed_retail_create_product_family、lightspeed_retail_add_products_to_family（新しいバリエーション）、共通データは lightspeed_retail_update_product_family、価格、コード、仕入先、店舗ごとの税、在庫設定は lightspeed_retail_update_product です。さらに lightspeed_retail_create_supplier、lightspeed_retail_create_stock_adjustments（quantity は増減量で、減らすときは負の値。破損、盗難、発見在庫などの理由付き）、lightspeed_retail_create_consignment（OPEN 状態で作成され、商品は Lightspeed 上か後で追加）、lightspeed_retail_create_customer、lightspeed_retail_update_customer（first_name と last_name は必須）があります。販売と在庫調整は在庫とレポートにすぐ反映されるため、AI は明細と合計を見せてから了承を待ちます。
インストール時はオフ: lightspeed_retail_return_sale、lightspeed_retail_delete_product、lightspeed_retail_delete_customer です。元に戻せない操作のため、チームが必要なときにワークスペース管理者がオンにします。
データ形式: 応答はレコードを data で包みます。ID は UUID です。金額はストア通貨の小数です。販売には totals（税抜の price、tax、price_incl_tax）があり、各明細では pricing.price が税抜単価、pricing.total が割引後の明細合計、pricing.cost_total が原価、tax.amount と tax.total が単価あたりと明細全体の税額です。税率は小数です（0.2 = 20%）。時刻は UTC（ISO 8601）で、date_from/date_to は UTC、time_from/time_to は timezone と組み合わせた現地時刻を受け付けます。販売の state は closed、parked、pending（売掛または取り置き）、voided のいずれかです。
ページング: ほとんどの一覧はバージョンでページングします。応答の version には min と max があり、AI は max を after として渡して次のページを取得し、data が空になったら止めます。lightspeed_retail_search と lightspeed_retail_list_inventory_levels は offset、ギフトカードは before でページングします。
制限とよくあるエラー: レジ 1 台あたり 5 分間に約 300 リクエスト、プラス 50 までで、超えると Lightspeed は Retry-After 付きの 429 を返します。401 はトークンの誤りか期限切れ、またはドメインプレフィックスの誤りです。403 はトークンのユーザーにその操作が許可されていません。パーソナルトークンはそのユーザーとして動作するため、管理者でトークンを作成してください。すべての呼び出しで 404 になる場合は LIGHTSPEED_DOMAIN_PREFIX の誤り（.retail.lightspeed.app より前の部分だけを入力）、特定のレコードだけなら ID の誤りです。422 は検証エラーで、対象のフィールドが示されます。
インストール時にオンのツールでは、コネクタは返品処理を行わず、何も削除しません。発注書、価格表、プロモーション、ストアクレジット、ギフトカードは読み取るだけで変更しません。仕入先への新しい発注はコンサインメントとして作成します。
