セットアップ
このコネクタは HTTP Basic 認証で Phorest Third Party API を使います。すべての呼び出しは 1 つのビジネスに限定され、多くはさらに店舗単位です。
- Phorest の API アクセスは申請制です。ビジネスに登録済みのメールアドレスから、Phorest のアカウント番号を添えて https://support.phorest.com で「API access」チケットを作成してください。
- Phorest からユーザー名とパスワードが届きます。ユーザー名の
global/プレフィックス（例:global/[email protected]）は残したまま、PHOREST_USERNAMEとPHOREST_PASSWORDに入力します。 - 認証情報と一緒に届く business id を
PHOREST_BUSINESS_IDに入力します。届いていない場合は [email protected] に問い合わせてください。 PHOREST_API_URLは、ヨーロッパならhttps://api-gateway-eu.phorest.com、米国・カナダ・オーストラリアならhttps://api-gateway-us.phorest.comです。US のアカウントで EU のホストを使うと 401 が返ります。- まず
phorest_list_branchesで、他のツールがbranch_idとして受け取るbranchIdを取得します。
注意点:
- API は実際のサロンのデータを操作します。
phorest_create_client、phorest_create_booking、phorest_cancel_appointmentsは無効の状態でインストールされるので、必要な場合だけ有効にしてください。 - 予約とスタッフ勤務表の日付範囲は 1 か月までです（
from_dateとto_dateは yyyy-MM-dd）。 - ページング:
pageは 0 から、sizeは最大 200（スタッフ勤務表は 1000）です。 - API には Webhook もカード決済もありません。変更の取得には
updated_fromフィルタを使います。
前提条件: PHOREST_API_URL, PHOREST_BUSINESS_ID, PHOREST_USERNAME, PHOREST_PASSWORD
