セットアップ
設定は約 5 分です。mijn.pakketdienstqls.nl のアカウントが必要です。
- QLS は API を HTTP Basic と mijn.pakketdienstqls.nl ポータルのログイン情報で認証します。アカウントが許す場合は API 専用のユーザーを使ってください（QLS の IT サポート [email protected] に依頼）。担当者のパスワード変更でコネクタが止まるのを防げます。
- ユーザー名（通常はメールアドレス）を
QLS_USERNAMEに、パスワードをQLS_PASSWORDに入力します。 - コネクタをインストールし、
qls_list_companiesを実行します。他のすべてのツールがcompany_idとして使う会社 ID（UUID）が返ります。qls_get_companyは 1 社を表示します。
使用する API: https://api.pakketdienstqls.nl の QLS Fulfilment and Parcel Service API（OpenAPI は https://api.pakketdienstqls.nl/swagger/）。QLS は v1 と v2 を公開しており、コネクタは QLS が v2 を提供する箇所（出荷作成、返品、発注）では v2、それ以外は v1 を使います。
最初に必要な ID: qls_list_companies の会社 ID、qls_list_brands のブランド ID（ブランドは差出人、返送先、通関用の住所を持ち、出荷と注文に必要です）、qls_list_shipping_products の配送商品（combinations[].id が product_combination_id、options[].tag が配送オプション、国と重量帯ごとの料金、最大寸法）。受取拠点は qls_list_service_points、または配送商品を 1 つに絞るなら qls_list_product_service_points で取得し、その servicepoint_code を出荷や注文に指定します。
読み取れるデータ: ステータス（created、printed、pre_transit、in_transit、delivered、returned_to_sender）、バーコード、追跡 ID と追跡 URL を含む小包出荷（参照番号、バーコード、ステータス、ブランド、受取人の項目、日付、フリー検索で絞り込み）；重量と、with_label 指定時の PDF と ZPL のラベル URL を含む個別の出荷；小包の返送出荷；ステータス、注文数・引当数・出荷数、受取人、配送、倉庫を出た出荷を含むフルフィルメント注文；EAN、SKU、品番、価格、在庫合計、倉庫ロケーション（ゾーン、ラック、棚、賞味期限）を含むフルフィルメント商品；商品ごとの在庫（合計、引当、利用可能、販売可能、販売済み、バックオーダー、入荷予定、予測）とロット付きのロケーション別在庫；バックオーダー；ステータス、消費者、元の出荷と注文、理由付きの返品商品を含む返品；ステータス、商品、仕入先、納品を含む発注（入荷予定の通知）と輸送中の発注；仕入先。
書き込める内容: qls_create_shipment は配送業者に小包を予約し、バーコード、追跡 URL、label_pdf_url を返します。差出人と返送先は既定でブランドのものです。qls_create_fulfillment_order は QLS に在庫からのピッキング、梱包、出荷を依頼します。qls_update_fulfillment_order は注文の保留と解除、処理日、参照番号、備考、サービスポイントの変更を行います。qls_create_fulfillment_product と qls_update_fulfillment_product は商品を管理し、qls_create_return_from_order は返品を通知し、qls_create_purchase_order は倉庫への入荷を通知します。出荷には費用がかかり、フルフィルメント注文は実在庫を出荷するため、AI は書き込みの前に受取人、商品と数量、配送商品を示してあなたの同意を待ちます。
インストール時はオフ: qls_delete_fulfillment_product と qls_cancel_fulfillment_order です。どちらも元に戻せません。チームが必要とするときに管理者がオンにします。
データ形式: すべての応答は {"meta": {"code": 200}, "errors": [], "data": ..., "pagination": ...} の形で、データは data にあります。重量はグラム、価格と代金引換はユーロ、寸法はミリメートルです。会社、ブランド、注文、商品、出荷の ID は UUID 文字列で、配送商品と組み合わせの ID は整数です。フルフィルメント注文のステータスは error_validation、concept、received、pending、partically_sent（QLS の綴り）、sent です。在庫と発注の日付フィルターは d-m-Y H:i（例 1-10-2026 00:00）、それ以外は 2026-10-01 00:00:00 のような日付または日時です。
ページング: 一覧は 1 ページ最大 100 件です。pagination には page、pageCount、count、nextPage があり、nextPage が true の間、AI は次の page を取得します。
よくあるエラー: 401 はユーザー名かパスワードの誤りです。mijn.pakketdienstqls.nl のログイン情報を使ってください。404（Niet Gevonden）は不明な ID か、自分のものではない会社 ID です。ID は一覧ツールから取ってください。422 または中身のある errors リストは検証エラーで、QLS はオランダ語で応答します。
このコネクタは小包出荷のキャンセル、QLS の請求書の読み取り、ブランドや会社設定の変更はできません。そのためのツールはありません。
