Sellercloud のマルチチャネル EC 業務: メモと荷物付きの受注、保存済みの注文ビュー、商品カタログと価格、倉庫別の在庫、顧客、会社、発注書、仕入先とその商品、返品（RMA）、倉庫、移動、ピッキングリスト、キュー内のジョブ。読み取り専用で、Sellercloud の従業員ログインでサインインします。
セットアップ
セットアップは数分で完了します。Sellercloud のチーム名と、Sellercloud 従業員のログイン情報が必要です。
- ブラウザーで
https://api.sellercloud.com/api/server-by-team/?team=YOURTEAMを開きます。YOURTEAM は Sellercloud へのサインインに使うチーム名に置き換えてください。 - RestApiEndpoint の値を
SELLERCLOUD_API_URLにコピーします。形式はhttps://xx.api.sellercloud.com/restです（.sellercloud.us/restで終わるサーバーもあります）。末尾の /rest は残し、最後のスラッシュは付けないでください。 - コネクターがサインインに使う従業員を決めます。Sellercloud は連携ごとに別の従業員を使うよう推奨しているため、専用の従業員を用意し、AI に読ませたいデータ（注文、商品、在庫、購買、顧客）の Delta 権限を付与してください。
- その従業員のユーザー名（通常はメールアドレス）を
SELLERCLOUD_USERNAMEに、パスワードをSELLERCLOUD_PASSWORDに入力します。 - コネクターをインストールし、
sellercloud_list_warehousesを実行します。アドレスとログインが正しければ倉庫の一覧が表示されます。続いてsellercloud_list_companiesで会社（事業部門やストア）が表示されます。その ID はほかのほとんどのツールの絞り込みに使えます。
自動でサインイン: コネクターはユーザー名とパスワードでサインインし、30 から 60 分有効なトークンを受け取り、期限切れの前や 401 の後に自動でサインインし直します。従業員のパスワードが変わったら、新しいものを貼り付けてください。AI に見えるのはその従業員が閲覧できる範囲だけなので、必要な権限だけを持つ専用の従業員が安全です。
読み取れるデータ: 明細、合計、支払い、損益、メモ、荷物、追跡情報を含む受注。保存済みの注文ビュー。サイト価格と販売チャネル別の価格を含む商品カタログ。実在庫、引当済み、倉庫別の数量と販売数を含む在庫。顧客と会社。明細付きの発注書、仕入先、仕入先ごとの供給商品。返品理由、対応内容、返金額を含む返品（RMA）。倉庫、倉庫間移動、ピッキングリスト、インポートやエクスポートなどのキュー内ジョブとその進捗です。
保存済みビューは Sellercloud と同じ: sellercloud_list_order_views は Manage Orders ページに保存されたビューを一覧にし、sellercloud_list_orders_by_view はビューに表示されるのとまったく同じ注文を返します。AI がフィルターを作り直す必要はありません。
コード、ページ、通貨: Sellercloud はステータスやチャネルを数値コードで表します。たとえば注文ステータス 2 は InProcess、3 は Completed、100 は ProblemOrder、200 は OnHold、-1 は Cancelled です。AI がわかりやすく言い換えます。一覧は既定で 10 行、1 ページ最大 50 行で、重要なフィールドに絞って返されます。sellercloud_get_order などの単一レコード用ツールはすべてのフィールドを返します。海外注文の金額は、注文の作成時に USD に換算されます。
読み取り専用で確認は不要: どのツールも作成、変更、削除を行いません。そのためインストール時にオフになっているツールはなく、AI が変更前に確認を求めることもありません。
制限: Sellercloud では、ユーザーと IP アドレスごとに 1 時間あたり 10,800 リクエストまで使えます。上限を超えると "Too many requests." と RateLimitResetTime が返されるので、AI はその時刻まで待ちます。
よくあるエラー: サインイン時の 400 または 401 は、ユーザー名かパスワードが間違っているか、アドレスが自社サーバーの RestApiEndpoint ではないことを示します。403 は、その従業員にそのデータの Delta 権限がないことを示します。404 は、そのアドレスに Sellercloud の REST API がないことを示します。RestApiEndpoint をもう一度コピーしてください。末尾は /rest です。
このコネクターは、注文、商品、在庫、発注書、返品の作成や更新は行いません。
