セットアップ
設定は約 2 分です。API アクセスが使える Smartsheet プラン（Pro、Business、Enterprise、Advanced Work Management）が必要です。
- Smartsheet にサインインし、左下のアカウントアイコンをクリックして Apps & Integrations（または Personal Settings）、次に API Access を開きます。
- Generate new access token をクリックし、AnythingMCP などの名前を付けてトークンをコピーします。トークンは一度しか表示されません。
SMARTSHEET_ACCESS_TOKENに貼り付けます。Bearerという語は付けません。SMARTSHEET_API_URLをアカウントのリージョンのホストに設定します：app.smartsheet.com（US）はhttps://api.smartsheet.com/2.0、app.smartsheet.eu はhttps://api.smartsheet.eu/2.0、app.smartsheet.au はhttps://api.smartsheet.au/2.0、Smartsheet Gov はhttps://api.smartsheetgov.com/2.0です。トークンは自分のリージョンのホストでしか使えず、それ以外では Smartsheet が 401「invalid access token」を返します。- コネクタをインストールし、
smartsheet_get_current_userを実行します。トークンの持ち主が表示され、トークンが確認できます。
誰の権限で動くか: すべての呼び出しはトークンを所有するユーザーとして、そのユーザーの各シートへのアクセス権で実行され、トークンはそのユーザーが Smartsheet でできることをすべて行えます。重要な場合は、AI に見せたいシートだけにアクセスできる専用ユーザーでトークンを作成してください。
読み取れるデータ: ユーザーが開けるすべてを対象にした検索（シート、レポート、ダッシュボード、フォルダー、ワークスペース、テンプレートの名前、セルのデータ、コメント、添付ファイル、サマリーフィールド）。sheetNames などの scopes で絞り込めます；列（種類、ドロップダウンの選択肢、プライマリ列）と行を含むシート。各行には行番号、階層を示す親行、value と displayValue としてのセルがあります；単一の行；1 つのシート内のテキスト検索；シートサマリーのフィールド；誰がいつ変更したかを含むセルの変更履歴；シートと行のコメントスレッド；約 2 分間有効なダウンロードリンク付きの添付ファイル；中身を含むワークスペースとフォルダー；複数のシートから集めた行を持つレポート（セルは virtualColumnId で識別）；ウィジェット付きのダッシュボード（API では sights と呼ばれます）；組織アカウントのユーザー（システム管理者は全員を、その他のユーザーは限定された情報を見られます）と、項目の共有先です。
大きなシート: AI はまず列を一覧して ID と種類を確認し、その後に行の 1 ページ分、または row_numbers、row_ids、column_ids、rows_modified_since で特定の行だけを読みます。
書き込める内容: smartsheet_add_rows と smartsheet_update_rows（指定したセルだけが変わり、位置フィールドで行を移動します）、smartsheet_add_columns と smartsheet_update_column（列の種類を変えるとセルの値が変換または破棄されることがあります）、シートや行への新しいコメントスレッドとその返信、独自の列またはテンプレートやシートのコピーとしてワークスペースやフォルダーに作る新しいシート、smartsheet_share_asset と smartsheet_create_update_request です。これらのツールはインストール時にオンです。send_email 付きの共有と更新リクエストはメールを送り、シートのフォロワーには新しいコメントが通知されることがあるため、AI はまず宛先、アクセスレベル、内容を示してあなたの同意を待ちます。
セルの書き込み: セルは {"columnId": <id>, "value": <value>} です。DATE は YYYY-MM-DD、CHECKBOX は true または false、PICKLIST は選択肢のいずれか（strict が false でない限り他の値は拒否されます）、CONTACT_LIST はメールアドレスを受け付け、数値は数値として送ります。数式は value の代わりに "formula": "=..." に入れます。新しい行には位置が必要です：toBottom、toTop、parentId、siblingId のいずれかです。列数式を持つ列、システム列（自動番号、作成日、変更者）、ロックされた列には書き込めません。
インストール時はオフ: smartsheet_delete_rows です。削除した行は、その子行、添付ファイル、コメントとともに API では復元できないためです。チームが必要とするときに管理者がオンにします。
データ形式: シート、行、列、ワークスペース、フォルダー、レポート、ユーザーは長い数値 ID（最大 16 桁）を持ち、AI は受け取ったとおりにテキストとして渡します。日時は UTC の ISO 8601、日付セルは YYYY-MM-DD です。複数連絡先や複数選択のセルは、level（2 または 3）と include=objectValue を渡さない限りテキストで返ります。accessLevel は VIEWER、COMMENTER、EDITOR、EDITOR_SHARE、ADMIN、OWNER のいずれかです。書き込みの呼び出しは {"message": "SUCCESS", "resultCode": 0, "result": ...} を返し、resultCode 3 は一部のみ成功したことを意味します。
ページング: シート、列、ディスカッション、添付ファイル、ユーザー、セル履歴は page と page_size（既定 100。応答に totalPages と totalCount が含まれます）または include_all でページングします。ワークスペース、ワークスペースとフォルダーの中身、ダッシュボード、共有はトークンでページングし、AI は応答の lastKey を last_key として、それがなくなるまで渡します。
制限: トークンあたり毎分 300 リクエスト、セル履歴は毎分 30 回です。429（エラーコード 4003）が返ったら 1 分待ちます。行の一括呼び出しは 1 リクエストとして数えられますが、数百行以内に抑えてください。
よくあるエラー: 401（コード 1002、1003、1004）はトークンが無効か期限切れ、または別リージョンのホストを使っていることを意味します。403（1004）はトークンのユーザーがその項目を開けないことを意味します。そのユーザーと共有するか、アクセス権のあるユーザーのトークンを使ってください。404（1006）は ID が存在しないか、ユーザーから見えないことを意味します。400 には問題を示す errorCode と message が付きます。たとえばドロップダウンにない値、位置のない新しい行、列数式を持つ列への書き込みなどです。
このコネクタはファイルのアップロード、シートや列の削除、ワークスペースやフォルダーの作成は行いません。
