Superchat
WhatsApp、Instagram、Facebook、SMS、Telegram、ライブチャット、メールをまとめる Superchat の共有受信箱：会話とメッセージ、連絡先、テンプレート、ファイル、ラベル、ユーザー、さらにメッセージと WhatsApp テンプレートの送信。
セットアップ
- Superchat で Settings → Integrations → API（https://app.superchat.de/settings/integrations）を開きます。キーはワークスペースの管理者にだけ表示されます。
- キーを
SUPERCHAT_API_KEYに設定します。X-API-KEYヘッダーで送信されます。キーはワークスペースへの完全な読み書き権限を持つため、このサーバーのすべてのユーザーがすべての会話を読めます。 superchat_get_meでキーを確認します。顧客のやり取りを読むには、superchat_search_contacts（メールアドレス、E.164 形式の電話番号、Instagram ユーザー名）、superchat_list_contact_conversations、superchat_list_conversation_messagesの順に呼び出します。
送信ツール（superchat_send_message、superchat_send_template、superchat_send_email）は顧客に届き、取り消せないため、無効の状態でインストールされます。Meta のルールが適用されます。WhatsApp では、連絡先の最後のメッセージから 24 時間以内しか自由テキストは届かず、それ以外は superchat_send_template で承認済みテンプレートを送ります（Meta が課金）。Instagram と Facebook では 7 日以内の返信のみ可能です。ワークスペースはすべてのキー合計で 5 分あたり 2500 リクエストまで使え、超えると Superchat は 429 を返します。
