Checko

This connector uses the Checko API v2 (https://api.checko.ru/v2), a due-diligence service on Russian official registers: organisations (EGRUL) and entrepreneurs (EGRIP) with directors, founders, contacts, taxes and risk factors, financial statements, reliability scores, arbitration cases, FSSP enforcement proceedings, public procurement contracts, Fedresurs and EFRSB bankruptcy messages, inspections and banks. Everything is read-only.

Setup (2 minutes)

1. Register at https://checko.ru and open the personal account (Личный кабинет); the API key is shown there right after registration.
2. Paste it into CHECKO_API_KEY. It is sent as the key query parameter.
3. Run checko_get_bank (the install check reads Sberbank, BIC 044525225) to check the key.

Identifiers: INN has 10 digits for an organisation and 12 for an entrepreneur or a person; OGRN has 13 digits (organisation), OGRNIP 15 (entrepreneur). Most tools take inn or ogrn; give one of them. A branch shares the INN of its head organisation, which is what is returned.

Workflow

• Find a company: checko_search (by=name, obj=org, a name of at least 4 characters; also by director, founder, phone, e-mail, OKVED code or registration date), then checko_get_company with the INN.
• Due diligence on a counterparty: checko_get_company (status, directors, founders, tax debts, risk factors), checko_get_reliability, checko_get_finances (revenue line 2110, net profit 2400), checko_list_legal_cases (role defendant), checko_list_enforcements, checko_list_bankruptcy_messages, checko_list_fedresurs_messages, checko_list_inspections.
• Entrepreneurs and people: checko_get_entrepreneur, checko_get_person (companies where a person is director or founder), checko_get_timeline for the change history.
• Public procurement: checko_list_contracts with law 44, 94 or 223 and role customer or supplier.
• Banks: checko_get_bank by BIC.

Paging: list tools return up to 100 rows per page (limit, page); answers carry the total count. Every answer has meta with status, today_request_count and the account balance in roubles.

Costs and limits: the first 100 requests per day are free on every plan; after that each successful request (HTTP 200) is billed at the plan price (from 0.10 to 0.15 roubles); errors are free. Technical limit 32 requests per second per IP address. Prefer one targeted call over many broad ones.

Errors: 401 with meta.message means a missing or invalid key. 402 or a balance message means the free daily quota is used and the balance is empty. 404 means nothing found for that INN or OGRN. Error answers carry meta.status = error and the reason in meta.message (Russian).

Limitations: Belarus companies, the raw EGRUL source data and the bulk datasets are not part of this connector.
