Fruugo
This connector uses the Fruugo Order API and Stock Status API on https://www.fruugo.com, the retailer API of the Fruugo global marketplace: download orders with lines, customer pricing, shipping address and shipments, and read the availability and stock Fruugo holds for your SKUs. Confirming and shipping orders is included but installed switched off.
Setup (about 2 minutes)
- Fruugo signs the API with HTTP Basic and the credentials of your Fruugo Retailer Portal account (https://retailer.fruugo.com). Fruugo recommends a separate portal user for the integration.
- Put the portal user name into
FRUUGO_USERNAMEand its password intoFRUUGO_PASSWORD. - Install and run
fruugo_download_orderswith afromdate of the last few days.
Answers are XML. Fruugo returns application/xml; the connector turns it into JSON and drops the o: namespace prefix, so an order reads as orders.order (a single object when there is one order, a list when there are several) with orderId, customerOrderId, orderDate, orderReleaseDate, orderStatus, customerLanguageCode, shippingAddress, shippingMethod, shippingCostInclVAT, orderLines.orderLine and, once shipped, shipments. Values arrive as text.
Orders: fruugo_download_orders returns the orders released to you (after Fruugo's fraud checks) between from and to, ISO 8601 dates or date-times. The window may be at most 60 days; a longer one answers 400 "Time range specified is too long". orderStatus is PENDING (new, to process), PROCESSED (at least partly handled) or EXCEPTION (needs manual handling by Fruugo, not through the API). Each line has fruugoProductId, fruugoSkuId, your productId and skuId, prices in your currency, the customer's local prices (customer), VAT and the item counters pendingItems, confirmedItems, shippedItems, cancelledItems, returnAnnouncedItems, returnedItems, itemsWithException. When Fruugo collected the tax, fruugoTaxID and fruugoEORI are the ids for the customs declaration.
Stock: fruugo_list_stock lists your live SKUs with Fruugo SKU id, your product and SKU id, title, availability (INSTOCK, OUTOFSTOCK, NOTAVAILABLE) and itemsInStock when your feed provides it. The connector always asks for one page of 1,000 SKUs (about 200 KB), starting with page 0; skus carries totalNumberOfSkus, numberOfPages and currentPage, so continue with the next page only when the user needs more. (Without paging Fruugo would send every SKU in one answer, up to 30,000.) Stock changes come from your product feed, not from this connector.
Order workflow (switched off): a PENDING order is confirmed with fruugo_confirm_order (optionally with an estimated shipping date) and, once dispatched, marked shipped with fruugo_ship_order with the tracking code and the tracking URL or at least the courier name, which Fruugo passes on to the customer. Without item the whole order is confirmed or shipped; with item (fruugoProductId,fruugoSkuId,quantity) only that part. Both act on real customer orders and are installed switched off; an admin turns them on deliberately. Before each call show the user the order and what will change, and wait for a yes. Cancelling and marking returns refund the customer, so they are not part of this connector; do them in the Retailer Portal.
Errors: 401 means a wrong portal user name or password. 400 explains the problem in plain text, e.g. a date window over 60 days or an order that is not in the right state.
