QLS
This connector uses the QLS Fulfilment and Parcel Service API of Pakketdienst QLS on https://api.pakketdienstqls.nl (OpenAPI at https://api.pakketdienstqls.nl/swagger/): parcel shipments with labels and tracking, shipping products and their delivery options, service points, fulfilment orders picked from the QLS warehouse, fulfilment products and stock, returns and inbound purchase orders. QLS publishes a v1 and a v2 API; the connector uses v2 where QLS offers it (shipment creation, returns, purchase orders) and v1 for the rest.
Setup (about 5 minutes)
- You need an account on mijn.pakketdienstqls.nl. QLS authenticates the API with HTTP Basic and the login details of that portal. Use a separate user for the API where your account allows it (ask QLS IT support at [email protected]), so a password change of a person does not break the connector.
- Put the user name (usually an email address) in
QLS_USERNAMEand the password inQLS_PASSWORD. - Install and run
qls_list_companies. It returns the company id (a UUID) that every other tool takes ascompany_id;qls_get_companyshows one company.
Ids you need first: qls_list_companies (company_id), then qls_list_brands and qls_get_brand (brand_id, needed for shipments and orders) and qls_list_shipping_products (shipping products with combinations[].id = product_combination_id, options[].tag = delivery options, prices per country and weight band). Look up pick-up points with qls_list_service_points or, for one product, qls_list_product_service_points, and pass their servicepoint_code.
Parcel shipments (your own stock): qls_list_shipments (filter by status, reference, barcode, receiver, dates or search), qls_get_shipment (set with_label for the PDF and ZPL label URLs), qls_get_shipment_return (the return shipment of a parcel) and qls_create_shipment, which books the parcel and returns barcode, tracking URL and label_pdf_url.
Fulfilment (stock at QLS): qls_list_fulfillment_orders and qls_get_fulfillment_order show status, ordered, reserved and delivered amounts and the shipments of each delivery; qls_create_fulfillment_order places an order, qls_update_fulfillment_order puts it on hold, releases it or changes reference, remarks or service point, and qls_cancel_fulfillment_order cancels it. Products: qls_list_fulfillment_products, qls_get_fulfillment_product, qls_create_fulfillment_product, qls_update_fulfillment_product and qls_delete_fulfillment_product (switched off). Stock: qls_list_stock (available, salable, reserved, incoming per product), qls_get_product_stock (per warehouse location) and qls_list_backorders.
Returns and inbound goods: qls_list_returns and qls_get_return, qls_create_return_from_order to announce a return; qls_list_purchase_orders, qls_list_purchase_orders_in_transit, qls_get_purchase_order, qls_create_purchase_order to announce goods coming to the warehouse, and qls_list_suppliers.
Writes: confirm first. Creating a shipment books a real parcel and costs money; a fulfilment order is picked and shipped from your stock. Before every write show the user what will happen (receiver, products and amounts, shipping product) and wait for a yes.
Reading the answers: every answer is wrapped as {"meta": {"code": 200}, "errors": [], "data": ..., "pagination": ...}; the data is under data, problems are listed in errors. Weights are in grams, prices and cash on delivery in euros, dimensions in millimetres. Ids of companies, brands, orders, products and shipments are UUID strings; shipping product and combination ids are integers. Fulfilment order statuses: error_validation, concept, received, pending, partically_sent (QLS spelling), sent.
Paging: lists return up to 100 entries per page. pagination carries page, pageCount, count and nextPage; call again with page + 1 while nextPage is true.
Dates in filters: the stock and purchase order filters take d-m-Y H:i (e.g. 1-10-2026 00:00); the other date filters take a date or date-time such as 2026-10-01 00:00:00.
Errors: 401 means wrong user name or password; 404 (Niet Gevonden) an unknown id or a company id that is not yours; 422 or a filled errors list a validation problem (QLS answers in Dutch).
Switched off at install: qls_delete_fulfillment_product and qls_cancel_fulfillment_order, which cannot be undone; an admin switches them on when the team needs them.
