Voraussetzungen
Die vollständige Setup-Anleitung ist in den Connector eingebaut (im Store sichtbar, wenn du den Connector auswählst). Benötigte Umgebungsvariablen für diesen Connector:
AUTOTASK_ZONE_HOST, AUTOTASK_USERNAME, AUTOTASK_SECRET, AUTOTASK_INTEGRATION_CODE
Schritt 1 — Zugangsdaten holen
Der Connector nutzt die REST API von Autotask PSA. Er braucht eine reine API-Ressource, die nur ein Autotask-Administrator anlegen kann.
- Öffne in Autotask Admin → Resources/Users → New API User und gib der Ressource die Sicherheitsstufe API User (API-only).
- Wähle auf ihrem Tab Security unter API Tracking Identifier deinen Integrationsanbieter oder lass Autotask einen eigenen Identifier (internal integration) erzeugen. Trage ihn in
AUTOTASK_INTEGRATION_CODEein. - Trage den Benutzernamen des API-Users (sieht aus wie eine E-Mail-Adresse) in
AUTOTASK_USERNAMEund das erzeugte Secret inAUTOTASK_SECRETein. Das Secret wird nur beim Erzeugen vollständig angezeigt. - Öffne
https://webservices.autotask.net/atservicesrest/v1.0/zoneInformation?user=<API username>im Browser und trage den Host aus dem FeldurlinAUTOTASK_ZONE_HOSTein, zum Beispielwebservices5.autotask.net: nur den Host, ohnehttps://und ohne Pfad. Eine falsche Zone antwortet auch mit korrekten Zugangsdaten mit 500 oder 401. - Beginne mit
autotask_query_companies, dannautotask_query_ticketsmitcompanyID. Status, Priorität und Queue sind numerische IDs, die je Datenbank verschieden sind: Lies sie mitautotask_get_entity_fields(zum Beispiel EntitätTickets), bevor du danach filterst oder sie schreibst.
Eine Abfrage liefert höchstens 500 Datensätze; Autotask erlaubt 10.000 Anfragen pro Stunde und Datenbank, nimm für Zählungen also autotask_count_tickets. Tickets anlegen und ändern, Notizen hinzufügen und Zeit erfassen ändert Daten und kann über Workflow-Regeln Kundenbenachrichtigungen auslösen. Dieser Connector löscht nichts.
Schritt 2 — Adapter installieren

Schritt 3 — Connector in Claude hinzufügen
Deine Server-URL: Öffne in AnythingMCP MCP Servers → den Server, auf dem dieser Connector liegt, und kopiere seine URL (
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Setze sie überall ein, wo diese AnleitungYOUR_SERVER_IDzeigt.
Empfohlener Weg — funktioniert auf claude.ai web ohne Anfassen einer Konfigurationsdatei.
- Öffne in Claude Customize → Connectors.
- Klicke auf + und dann auf Add custom connector.
- Gib einen Namen ein, z. B.
Autotask PSA, und die Remote-MCP-Server-URLhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID, dann klicke auf Add. - Klicke auf Connect und melde dich bei AnythingMCP an (OAuth), um den Zugriff zu erlauben.
