前提条件

完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:

HELPSCOUT_ACCESS_TOKEN

ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得

helpscout.com/mailbox-api).

Setup:

  1. Sign in to Help Scout → Manage → Apps → My Apps → Create My App.
  2. Pick app type:
    • Personal Access Token (single-user): get a token from your profile → API Keys → Personal Access Token. Token expires after 2 days — refresh needed.
    • OAuth2 App (multi-user / longer-lived): standard OAuth2 client-credentials or auth-code flow.
  3. Set HELPSCOUT_ACCESS_TOKEN to the access token.

Authentication: Authorization: Bearer ${HELPSCOUT_ACCESS_TOKEN}. Tokens expire — your orchestrator handles refresh.

ステップ 3 — ChatGPT にコネクタを追加

ChatGPT は Connectors 機能 (Plus / Pro / Team / Enterprise プラン) で MCP サーバーをサポートします。無料プランはカスタムコネクタをサポートしません。

  1. ChatGPT → Settings → Connectors を開きます (またはコンポーザーの 🔧 アイコン → Manage connectors をクリック)。
  2. "Add custom connector" をクリック。
  3. 入力:
    • Name: Help Scout
    • MCP server URL: https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp
    • Authentication: Bearer token → MCP API キーを貼り付け
  4. Connect をクリック。
