前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:

ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
- Supabase のダッシュボードでアカウントメニューから Account preferences → Access Tokens を開き（または https://supabase.com/dashboard/account/tokens に直接アクセスし）、Generate new token をクリックします。
- できれば scoped token にします。AI に見せる組織とプロジェクトを選び、各機能に Read（変更させたい部分だけ Read-write）を付与します。このコネクターのツールが使うのは Projects、Project Settings、Database、Migrations、Backups、Edge Functions、API Keys（API Key Secrets は不要）、Logs、Usage Analytics、Advisors、Storage、Development Branches、Organizations です。
- 有効期限（最長 1 年）を設定してトークンをコピーします。トークンは
sbp_で始まり、Supabase は一度しか表示しません。 - トークンを、Bearer という語を付けずに
SUPABASE_ACCESS_TOKENに貼り付けて、コネクターをインストールします。 - まず
supabase_list_projectsを実行します。トークンでアクセスできるすべてのプロジェクトが、ステータスと ref 付きで表示されます。ref（https://<ref>.supabase.coに含まれる 20 文字の小文字）は、ほかのすべてのツールで使います。
後からアクセス権を変える場合: トークンの権限は作成後に変更できません。広げたり絞ったりするには、新しいトークンを作成して古いトークンを削除してください。一方、従来の（スコープなしの）トークンは、すべての組織に対してあなたと同じフルアクセス権を持ちます。
読み取り専用の設定: scoped token にはすべての機能で Read だけを付与します。Database が Read だけなら、supabase_execute_sql でさえ SQL を読み取り専用で実行します。ほかにデータを変更するツールはありません。普段の質問は supabase_run_read_only_sql で処理されます。このツールは読み取り専用のデータベースユーザーとして 1 つのステートメントを実行し、200 KB を超える結果は切り詰めます。
インストール時はオフ: supabase_execute_sql。postgres としてフル権限で SQL を実行するため、DDL、書き込み、権限付与はすぐに反映され、元に戻せません。AI にデータベースを変更させる場合だけオンにしてください。AI は各ステートメントを提示し、あなたの確認を待ちます。バージョン管理すべきスキーマ変更は、ご自身のマイグレーションの手順で行うほうが適しています。
プロジェクトオーナーとしての視点: コネクターはアプリのユーザーとしてではなく Supabase Management API を通じて動作するため、プロジェクトの REST API や行レベルセキュリティ（row level security）は経由しません。supabase_list_api_keys はすべてのキーの名前を返しますが、値を返すのは公開キーだけです。secret キーと従来の service_role キーは意図的に値なしで一覧され、それを表示するツールはありません。Edge Functions のコードもダウンロードされません。
一時停止したプロジェクト: Free プランのプロジェクトは 1 週間アクティビティがないと一時停止し、ステータスが INACTIVE になります。ダッシュボードでプロジェクトを復元するまで、データベース系のツールは失敗します。アプリでエラーが出たときは、まず supabase_get_project_health を実行してください。
ログとアドバイザー: supabase_query_logs は期間を指定しないと直近 1 分間だけを検索します。期間は最大 24 時間で、プランのログ保持期間内（Free は 1 日、Pro は 7 日、Team は 28 日）である必要があります。supabase_get_security_advisors と supabase_get_performance_advisors は、ダッシュボードの Advisors ページと同じチェックを実行します。ERROR の指摘から、特に行レベルセキュリティなしで公開されているテーブルから対処してください。プレビューブランチ（supabase_list_branches）には有料プランが必要です。
制限: Supabase の Management API は、ユーザーとエンドポイントごとに 1 分あたり 120 リクエスト（同じユーザーのトークンはすべてこの上限を共有）、ログと利用状況は 1 分あたり 30 リクエストまでです。上限を超えると、その 1 分間の残りは 429 が返ります。1 分待ってからやり直してください。
よくあるエラー: 401「Invalid access token」は、トークンが間違っているか、期限切れか、削除されたことを示します。Access Tokens で新しいトークンを作成してください。403 は、トークンにその操作の権限がないことを示します。scoped token の場合は不足している権限が missing_permissions に示されるので、それを含む新しいトークンを作成してください。404 は、プロジェクトの ref が不明か、トークンの組織に含まれないプロジェクトであることを示します。ログで 402 が返るのは、組織の利用枠を使い切ったときです。失敗した SQL ステートメントには Postgres のメッセージが返ります。たとえばテーブルにスキーマを付けていない（public.orders としていない）と「relation "orders" does not exist」になります。
このコネクターは、プロジェクトの作成、一時停止、復元、削除、Edge Functions のデプロイ、シークレット、認証設定、カスタムドメイン、ネットワーク制限、請求の管理は行わず、アプリのテーブルを PostgREST 経由で読むこともありません。

ステップ 3 — Claude にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
推奨ルート：設定ファイルを触らずに claude.ai web で動作します。
- Claude で Customize → Connectors を開きます。
- + をクリックし、Add custom connector を選びます。
- 名前（例:
