Workday + Claude

前提条件
完全なセットアップ手順はコネクタ自体に組み込まれています (ストアでコネクタを選択すると表示)。必要な環境変数:
WORKDAY_HOST, WORKDAY_TENANT, WORKDAY_CLIENT_ID, WORKDAY_CLIENT_SECRET, WORKDAY_REFRESH_TOKEN
ステップ 1 — 認証情報を取得
Workday の管理者が一度だけ設定します。所要時間は約 15 分です。
- Integration System User を作成し（タスク Create Integration System User）、統合用のセキュリティグループに追加します（タスク Create Security Group、タイプ Integration System Security Group。制限なし、または公開したい組織に限定）。
- そのグループには、AI に読ませるドメインだけに Get（表示）権限を付与します。例: Worker Data: Public Worker Reports、Reports: Organization、View: Supervisory Organization、Job Profile: View、Worker Position: View、Worker Data: Time Off (Time Off Balances)、Worker Data: Time Off (Time Off)、Worker Data: Leave of Absence、Job Postings: External。そのあと Activate Pending Security Policy Changes を実行します。
- Register API Client for Integrations を実行します。名前を付け、Non-Expiring Refresh Tokens にチェックを入れ、必要なスコープだけを追加します: Staffing、Organizations and Roles、Jobs & Positions、Time Off and Leave、Recruiting。Client ID と Client Secret をコピーします。シークレットは一度しか表示されません。
- Manage Refresh Tokens for Integrations を実行し、Integration System User を選んで、API クライアントに対して Generate New Refresh Token を選び、トークンをコピーします。
- View API Clients を実行します。Token Endpoint は
https://<host>/ccx/oauth2/<tenant>/tokenの形です。ホスト（例:wd5-services1.myworkday.com、https://は付けない）をWORKDAY_HOSTに、テナントをWORKDAY_TENANTに入れます。 - クライアント ID、シークレット、リフレッシュトークンを
WORKDAY_CLIENT_ID、WORKDAY_CLIENT_SECRET、WORKDAY_REFRESH_TOKENに貼り付けて、コネクタをインストールします。
ブラウザでのサインインは不要: AnythingMCP は、無期限のリフレッシュトークンをテナントのトークンエンドポイントで短時間有効なアクセストークンに交換し、自動で更新します。誰もログインする必要はなく、コネクタは個人ではなく Integration System User として動作します。
読み取り専用: 16 個のツールはすべて読み取りのみです。AI が採用、異動、休暇の登録や承認、連絡先の編集を行うことはできません。
HR データは機密情報です: Workday はすべての呼び出しに統合ユーザーのセキュリティグループを適用するため、AI が見られるのはそのユーザーが見てよい範囲だけです。休暇残高、休暇の記録、休職は本人、その上司、または人事部門のための情報です。コネクタは AI に、正当な業務上の理由がある場合にだけ人を調べ、これらのデータを決して他に渡さないよう指示しています。休職のコメントは健康や家族に関する内容を含みうるため除外しています。報酬、給与明細、福利厚生、自宅住所、国民 ID はこのコネクタの対象外です。
読み取れる内容: 氏名、従業員 ID、仕事用メールで探した従業員とその配置、直属の部下、監督組織とそのポジションの担当者（空席を含む）、会社、コストセンター、地域などのその他の階層、職務プロファイルと充足済みのポジション、休暇残高と休暇の記録（ステータス付き）、休職、職務記述書全文付きの求人票。
接続テスト: コネクタページの Test connection ボタンは、設定が正しくてもエラーを表示することがあります。API のベースアドレスだけを呼び出しますが、Workday のパスにはすべてテナントが含まれるためです。判断の基準になるのは、インストール時に実行される確認（従業員 1 人の検索）です。
よくあるエラー: invalid_grant: リフレッシュトークンが取り消されたか、別の API クライアントのものです。新しいトークンを生成してください。invalid_client: クライアント ID またはシークレットが違います。401: ホストまたはテナントがトークンエンドポイントと一致しません。403 または空のリスト: セキュリティグループにドメインがないか、API クライアントにスコープがありません。503 Service unavailable は、たいていそのホストにテナントが存在しないことを意味します。
対象外: あらゆる書き込み、報酬と給与計算、福利厚生、評価とタレントのデータ、候補者と見込み候補者、Workday Query Language のレポート。

ステップ 3 — Claude にコネクタを追加
サーバーURL: AnythingMCP で MCP Servers を開き、このコネクタがあるサーバーを選んで URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）をコピーします。このガイドでYOUR_SERVER_IDと表示されている箇所に使ってください。
推奨ルート：設定ファイルを触らずに claude.ai web で動作します。
- Claude で Customize → Connectors を開きます。
- + をクリックし、Add custom connector を選びます。
- 名前（例:
